Electric Plant

This rather bulky and bland building, made of thick concrete in a square shape, is the 'life blood' of the city, so to say. It provides power to every business, home and well... everything. The area is well guarded, power being a precious and expensive resource in a time like this. Though, if you can slip past the guards, it's rumored that some excellent pokemon lurk within the stone cold walls.
