Regent Library

With a building in a similar fashion to that of The Orpheum, this building houses what's left of the books the city can find. Most are brittle and yellowed with age, some have been hand written on new paper as the original copies have become too used. Occasional newspapers from years ago can be found, as well as record books and encyclopedias. This place is truly am oasis in a place like Aether.
