If she was being honest with herself... home was too quiet without Percy around. The cerulean-haired girl scowled slightly at the thought. She spent a lot of time quietly working, she didn't really relish having to go home to dead quiet, broken only when she would create something to fill the void. It was... lonely, she supposed, being so isolated. Though Isabelle could think of worse situations, she had to admit she wasn't in a particular hurry to return home to a silent kitchen and a list of chores she'd have to get done. She had lost her patience and ventured out for a reason. The silence was slowly driving her mad. She craved stimulation, noise and movement. The Nidorina Gijinka wasn't the type to sit behind a desk all day, she had to be moving and shaking to really be her happiest. Sure, she knew that Percy was out tonight since she'd encouraged him that she didn't need him to be home to take care of her, that she was perfectly capable of making her own dinner and handling some general errands to restock the cupboards and maybe even do some cleaning, as much as she hated the idea. But just because she'd told him it was okay didn't mean she still didn't feel his absence keenly. There was a reason she'd chased after him so doggedly when they were younger, after all. But that was why the young Epispect girl had thrown on a coat and gone out for a stroll. She'd relished in the chance to stretch her legs, exploring a little and scaring the life out of a pair of guys who had thought her easy pickings. Heh, her knives had gotten them to think twice. She wasn't some defenseless girl. She was a Black. Even without a Pokemon, she could be pretty fierce. Particularly if she managed to Poison someone. That always made a fight a little easier for her. Feeling the hair on the back of her neck prickle up, she threw a subtle glance over her shoulder and stiffened imperceptibly. Shit. She had a feeling that guy behind her was actually following her. She took care to make sure her step was just as even as it was before - she might not be allowed to go on all too many missions and she might blow off a lot of Percy's told her, but that didn't mean she hadn't been paying attention to him when he'd told her what to do if she thought she was being tailed. Feeling a drop of rain hit her nose, she blinked and then couldn't contain a soft sigh of relief. Rain could help her. Hurrying her step as if she just wanted to get out of a downpour, she trotted to the little cafe a little ways ahead of her and ducked into it, shaking out her coat and hoping against hope that she'd lost the tail here. OOC: Lots of places this can go... *purrs* Oh yeah, and I might be moving some mon into the thread if I get hold of them between then and now, but I'll ask before I move them. Team-

She'd known it was going to rain and she'd still forgotten her umbrella. The Glaceon Gijinka grumbled under her breath as she felt her hair and clothes getting soaked. Man, she hated getting wet. Ah-hin glanced around looking for some shelter and spotted a cafe nearby. That would be perfect to escape the rain. She headed in that direction, head down to block off some of the water from getting into her eyes. Luckily getting wet didn't affect her like it did fire types. That would have been a major pain in the rear. She still didn't understand how her twin could stand being out in the rain though. Ah-hin despised it, something fierce.
Luckily she had a place she could duck into.
"Talk about good timing." She muttered to herself as she ducked into the cafe behind another girl. She wasn't paying much attention to the girl in front of her though, simply because she wanted to be inside and out of the wet. She shook her head slightly as she pushed back the hood of her jacket. Oh it felt much better in here. She just wished her jacket was waterproof. It would make things so much easier on days like this. She sighed under her breath and headed to find a seat, not paying the girl that had entered in front of her any mind.

Isabelle threw a quick glance over her shoulder and resisted the urge to curse. She hadn't quite lost the other, though she could tell that he was content to remain a shadowy silhouette standing menacingly behind her. She almost let slip a few more curses before she got control of herself. Calm down. If there was one thing she remembered Perseus telling her, it was that being surrounded by a crowd was good. It was harder to kidnap someone when they were surrounded by people, and losing someone was easy when you could make use of others as distractions and shields. Shivering as she pushed her hood back, tucking the red thing down against her neck - usually she didn't like red except for small doses, but since she'd forgotten her other coat back at her desk, she'd had to make do with the red one - the Nidorina Gijinka gave a quick glance of her surroundings before she decided it wouldn't hurt her to buy a little hot chocolate and curl up here for a while to wait out the weather and her stalker. If she could push him to strike while she was here, she would have an easier time proving it was self-defense, not to mention she might get some assistance if it turned out it was more than just one guy. Running her hands over her hair a few times to tamp down any fluffiness the hood might have caused, she draped her coat over the metal seat of a table tucked a little out of the way of main traffic while still managing to be quite visible. Just her kind of seating place. Looking up at the front counter, she couldn't stop her mouth from salivating at the sight placed on the counter just out of her reach, begging for her to taste its decadence. This place had chocolate cake? That was one of Isabelle's guilty pleasures. Even just the sight of the confection sitting there with its dark icing and a single cherry perched on top for decoration, oh, it was enough to nearly push the Nidorina Gijinka to completely ignore her dinner plans - macaroni and cheese with some apple for a healthy accompaniment - and instead indulge herself in a good-sized slice of cake. The reduced portions would be enough to off-set any potential weight gain to her sides or her butt. But then again... she did love macaroni and cheese... and she really didn't want to risk gaining weight... She liked being able to wear dresses that hugged her figure, and her corsets would be a pain to put on if she gained weight, not to mention that they would look horrible. But... she really wanted a taste... OOC: CAKEEEEEEEEEE Team-

Ah-hin decided she wanted to get something to eat. She was hungry, though the cafe had more sweets than real food. So she went up to the counter, noticing the sweets and various other items the cafe offered. She pursed her lips trying to decide what she wanted. The cake looked delightful and so did the cookies. What she really wanted was a sandwich, though and luckily they had a decent selection. She turned to the waiter.
"I'll take the grilled cheese sandwhich, with a side of fries and a coke." She spoke and the man nodded, ringing up her order.
"That'll be 6 poke." he told her and she gave him the money before taking a number and heading to find a seat while she waited. The only table with open seats happened to be where a girl with blue-green colored hair had placed her jacket already. Huffing slightly she decided to take a chance and went over.
"Mind if I sit here? There's no other seats inside." she spoke. There was something about the girl that set her on edge for some reason. She couldn't figure out why though and today she wasn't in a mood to be curious. She'd be polite of course, but beyond that she wasn't sure what would happen.

It was a moment of weakness, Isabelle decided as she requested a small slice of cake with her order. Nothing more and nothing less. She had been weak and as a result, she got her cake to nibble on. Oh well. At least she'd had the strength of will to only order a small piece. As soon as the teller gave her the total, she reached down into a pocket, digging around as a glimpse of her tongue became visible from a corner of her mouth in a subconscious action before she extracted a little coin purse. She counted out the total, dropping it into the man's hand and then plucked the little red plastic number from him, sauntering over to her table. She set the thing down on the surface, collapsing into her seat and placing her hands on the table while she stretched her back out, the muscles shifting and her eyes closing in a manner similar to a Purrloin. Always aware of her surroundings, the Nidorina Gijinka's eyes shot open when she realized someone was approaching her, her body tensing lightly while she prepared herself to unsheathe one of her knives if she needed to. She'd need a blade if she was attacked, her Poison Sting couldn't really work all that well without it, though she supposed she could always rely on her own ability. It was just a pain that so much of her attacks required close contact, but that wasn't something she could control. She wasn't going to let herself be taken away so easily! Perseus would never forgive her if she got kidnapped without at least raining some hell down on her captors! She relaxed slightly when she heard the girl speak, though her guard didn't slip down entirely. It could be a ruse to get her alone... after all, it only took a flicker of her eyes to confirm that her stalker was still lurking outside for her, and she had a feeling that while she was only - and it killed her to admit this too - one of the weaker members of Epispect, if only because of her age, anyone who tried to catch her wouldn't send only one man. Still, it would be suspicious for her to refuse, so she nodded stiffly, managing a cocky smile. "For a cutie like you? Not in the least," she replied flirtatiously, winking at the other girl. Might as well have some fun before she had to fight. OOC: I am easily distracte- words <3 Team-

Ah-hin noticed the other girl tense but feigned ignorance, playing the simple part of a human looking for a place to sit and eat. She raised an eyebrow at the flirting but decided she could put up with it if she could have a seat. She snorted slightly as she placed the plastic number card on the table and sat across from the other girl after placing her jacket on the back of her chair. It was soaked through, just like herself. Luckily she'd worn a dark blue shirt with some jeans instead of anything white.
That would have been rather embarrassing.
"I think drowned rat is more like it, at least for now. I can't believe I forgot my umbrella today." she replied a bit of a smirk on her lips. She studied the girl briefly, only vaguely curious about her. The Glaceon Gijinka didn't feel like having to fight today after all. She'd done a lot of training with her team the day before and was giving them (and herself) a break for today. She still needed to work with her pokemon, especially her Absol that had recently hatched, but the weather wasn't cooperating so she'd decided against it.
"Oh I'm sorry I'm forgetting my manners. I'm Ah-hin." she introduced herself, extending her hand for the other to shake if she wanted. The girl was attractive, though Ah-hin was straight and she seemed nice, if a little cautious which wasn't a bad thing. It could save your hide on occasion.

[style=width: 406px; background-color: #014421; font-family: georgia; font-size: 20px; text-transform: uppercase; text-align: right; padding: 2px; color: #fff;] And I'll sleep when I die! [/div][/center] Isabelle carefully watched the other take off her jacket and drape it over the back of her chair. The girl with the long light blue hair had learned a lot of things in her days as a member of Epispect, and one of the first things they'd tried to drill into her thick skull was to trust no one. Of course, Isabelle being Isabelle, she wasn't the type to listen to what someone said just because they wanted her to. She was actually a little infamous around Headquarters for her fiery nature, something that had gotten her reprimanded more than once by her older brother. It was just like when you poked a Nidorina with a stick: she was more likely to snap it off with a Poison Fang than she was to actually pay you any mind. Isabelle's main problem was that the sticks she was jabbed in the side with were usually held by the types of people who weren't afraid to have her rapped on the head with a metal rod if she bit. She pouted a little at the thought. She wasn't breaking any major rules or putting anyone in danger, so she didn't see what the big deal was. Leaning her elbow on the table, she rested her chin in her palm, lips turned down in a vague type of sulk, still a little bothered by the thoughts that had just been running through her head. "Eh, sometimes I like being out in the rain. It's a pain in the butt to clean my hair out, but it's always like that, so it's not that much of a difference." She hummed, a little smile flickering across her lips at an idea that popped into her head. "Probably one of my favorite things to do is kiss in it. The water adds a whole new element to it."
She blinked at the sight of the extended hand, not really used to it. Sure, she was usually all over her brother and his bed, and she might think nothing of putting her hands on a girl she thought cute so that she could carry her off for some alone time, but it was actually a little bit of a rare experience for her to make any "unnecessary" contact with anyone. It was a side effect of being a Nidorina Gijinka, people tended to suspect her of poisoning them with a mere touch. Really now, it sort of pissed her off. She may have the Poison Point ability, but the entire focus of that ability was that it didn't Poison anyone unless they attacked her first. She could generate poison, yes, but a stray touch here or there didn't hurt anyone! Hell, she even liked having her hair played with or just even being guided about. It usually got through faster to her too, simply grabbing her arm and yanking than mere words would. Still, she pressed her advantage since it was given, taking the hand in her own, glad it would be dry, if a little cold since her fingers and hands were always a good deal cooler than the rest of her body. "Isabelle," she replied, nodding, before she blinked at a flash of light, which revealed a small Pokemon that perched in her lap, his eyes blinking at the light while his stubby arms tried to cover his eyes. She hadn't been expecting Archo to come out... but apparently the Gible had gotten restless. Her hand came down to gently stroke along the Dragon-type Pokemon's head and she relaxed slightly. Archo might be impulsive, yes, but just having him nearby put her at ease. He could be quite the fighter if provoked...

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=align,center][CS=2] Do me a favor and dream | Ah-hin nodded slightly as the girl mentioned her hair was a pain to take care of. It was long, and having longer hair herself, Ah-hin understood that. It was one of the reasons her twin didn't get to play with her hair because it always managed to get tangled badly. She blinked slightly as the girl spoke and chuckled.
"I suppose that would be true. I'll have to take your word for it." she commented shrugging slightly. She'd never been kissed before so she really wouldn't know but the other girl didn't need to know that. She was glad that the other girl shook her hand, otherwise that might have been a bit awkward. She nodded as the girl gave her name. "Pretty name." she spoke cocking her head slightly as the Gible emerged from his pokeball. So she had a dragon type? That was neat. She'd always thought dragon types were cool but she highly doubted that she'd get the one that she really wanted, which was dragonair.
Didn't mean she wouldn't try though.
"He's cute." she commented smiling a bit. She could tell that having the pokemon nearby made the girl relax which was a good thing. She knew all her pokemon were asleep though. Sage might have liked the rain and perhaps Daemon but none of the others liked getting wet. | TAG: Izzy~ WORDS: 224 NOTES: Nope POKEPARTY: Desert, level 15 Synge, level 13 Sage, level 7 Arrow, level 4 Daemon, level 2 CREDIT: Sparkle |

[style=width: 406px; background-color: #014421; font-family: georgia; font-size: 20px; text-transform: uppercase; text-align: right; padding: 2px; color: #fff;] And I'll sleep when I die! [/div][/center] Archo leaned his head into Isabelle's hand, the little Gible enjoying the petting. He liked being able to climb into his Trainer's lap and feel her stroke him. Hell, he loved being able to snuggle up to her warm body at night, tucked up in her tangled blankets and her long curtains of soft cerulean hair. Seriously, the younger Black's hair was long enough that if she left it down, it would tickle her ankles when she walked! That was part of why showering took so long for her: Not because she took a whole lot of pleasure in the shower (kind of hard what with Percy's irrational love for it) or because she was really dirty and felt the need to clean every inch of dirt off her body but because her hair was just so long that she had trouble cleaning it all quickly. And then untangling the mess... Arceus, that took forever too! And it usually hurt untangling the larger, more stubborn snarls with only a hairbrush. Half the time, she'd have to groom it out with her fingers first, and even then it could take fifteen minutes to an hour to get her hair back to normal, if dripping wet and heavy.
She couldn't contain a soft purr though at the memories of her experiences kissing in the rain. Mmm, that had been such a fun time for her. She'd usually get scolded for it, and half the time she'd had on white shirts that went completely translucent so that anyone and everyone could see her white sports bra, but it had been worth it. She had been able to live, and that was what mattered in the end, being able to live her life with no regrets. Sure, it was a little messy - there were tears sometimes, and hurt, yes, but then again, that was life. Disappointed in the fact that the girl's hand had stopped moving on him, Archo nudged against her palm, glaring at Isabelle until she huffed and continued with her motions. "Heh, you kidding? Archo's cute... until he tries to bite your arm off."

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=align,center][cs=2] Don't wanna break your heart so let me give your heart a break | Ah-hin fell silent as the other girl seemed lost in thought, though her meal arrived just then, which helped distract her as well. Thankfully the waiter had brought the other girl's food too so she wouldn't feel awkward being the only one eating. Cause that almost made her feel like a pig, though she wasn't she just had a fast metabolism. She chuckled at the girl's response to her comment on her pokemon.
'I can see that." she agreed nodding a bit, her blue eyes full of amusement. Gible's were dragon-types so it was only natural that they had some sort of temper. Then again, pokemon were just as varied as humans and she'd never been around dragon-types so she wasn't sure. She brushed her bangs out of her eyes only to have them fall right back to their former position. Ugh gravity sucked sometimes and she never had a clip when she needed one. Her twin was always stealing them in any event, so she never had any.
The joys of having siblings, no?
She took a bite of her sandwich, finding it very good. She loved a good grilled cheese. Too bad they didn't have some soup or something to go along with it. That would have been even better, really. But that wasn't the case, though it really didn't matter since she had the fries. They would make a nice substitute for the time being.Though, she couldn't shake the feeling she was being watched.
And it wasn't the girl across from her either. | Tag: Izzy~ Words: 256 Notes: Ah-hin's being rather oblivious, today. Anyway, I'm thinking something needs to happen with the stalker person, unless you weren't going to have anything happen. Just to liven up the thread a bit.

[/div][/center] Isabelle immediately perked up when the waiter came out of nowhere and set down her slice of cake, saliva welling up in her mouth as she gazed upon the slice of chocolate cake set on the table before her. Wriggling her butt and completely tuning out Archo's soft cries of complaint, she snatched up her fork from the table and scooped out a slice of that decadently dark perfection, shoving it into her mouth as quickly as she could and finding herself unable to contain a moan as the taste flooded her tastebuds with sensation. This cake was some of the best stuff she'd sampled in a good long time. She'd have to come back here and have more of it, she decided as she pulled the fork out of her mouth with a pop the instant her tongue had ascertained that she had extracted all of the chocolate icing possible from the piece of silverware. She continued to ignore Archo in her lap, the little dual-type whining softly and scrabbling at her arms to try to scramble up high enough to devour whatever treat was making his Trainer neglect petting him, instead digging her fork into the rich chocolate cake to continue devouring it. She merely shifted her body so that she could use her free hand to fend off the high-strung Pokemon, the pair batting at each other in a rather childish manner, even if Isabelle was extremely successful in keeping her fingers away from the little guy's mouth before he closed down on them, instead rapping him lightly on the nose whenever he tried so that he would understand she wasn't going to tolerate having her fingers bitten even if she did encourage him that biting people who tried to disturb her when she was sleeping was okay. Right now she was too busy devouring her little slice of heaven and basking in that glory for as long as she could. She didn't care who exactly might have followed her here, what purpose they would have done so, or even if they were still out there in the rain observing her. She had her chocolate cake and she was damn well going to enjoy it!
