Terra giggled, waving the stick in front of Sparks' face. " Come on, Sparks, get the stick!" she cooed, throwing it a little ways away from the two of them. Sparks just gave her a tired look before yawning and curling up in a ball. His Terra-love was crazy. He loved her to death, don't get him wrong, but she was a little strange sometimes. This was an excellent example of one of those times. She randomly decided that he should learn how to play that game that Houndours and other dog-like Pokemon learned how to do to please their humans. What was that game called again... fetch? " Sparksssssssss" she whined, pouting, " Why won't you learn how to play with meeeeeeee?" Sparks just twitched his tail at her. He was smarter than to indulge in such games, even if it was for his Terra-love. She kept herself entertained enough merely by failing to try to "teach" him this game, and if she ever got truly miffed at him, it only took a wag of his ears and tail, maybe a little trek over to sit in her lap and snuggle into her, to turn her frown into a cheerful giggle again. That was why he never worried about when she would get mad. It was an easy thing to fix in his world. Her anger never lasted long, but her sadness... now that was something he did not like. When she cried, she would wrap her arms around him and cry into his fur, and he did not like that very much. She would soak his fur with the salt water, and even when he put a paw on her chest and licked away her tears, she still took a little while to cheer up. No, he liked her happy best of all. When she was happy, she was adorable and his precious Terra-love. In fact... he was bored of this game. With a mischievous twinkle to his eye, he got to his paws and ran off into the bushes. " Sparks!" she yelled, scrambling to her feet and running after him, though the shrubbery impeded her more than it did him as he hopped through the paths. " Sparks, get back here, Sparkssssssssss!" OOC: ... Apparently Eevees can NOT learn fetch. Sorry Terra. Team- Sparks

All the small blonde had wanted to do was get a bit of shopping done and by the end of it the eighteen year old had spent more than he had ever planned to, causing him to sulk somewhat as he toddled around with his new possessions in hand. The bags were beginning to weigh down on him, they had been much more heavier than he had first anticipated and unfortunately for the young man it had forced him to take a bit of a detour into the park. Within seconds he had found his way towards a bunch and collapsed onto the wooden frame, letting it absorb the weight as he rested. In all honesty, Levi had thought that maybe he had bought too much as he thought of the laborious trek ahead of him to get back to his makeshift apartment within the Team Rocket Headquarters – well... it seemed more appropriate to call it a secret base if anything.
Either way it was a damn long walk and the more that he thought about it, the eighteen year old realized he may need a bit of help if he ever put himself through this hell again. For the moment Levi wasn’t particularly concerned because all he was focused on was taking a bit of a break before getting on his way. The park was quiet and comfortable, there were real flowers that scattered the area and it was probably the only green area within the colony that was maintained and didn’t look like complete crap. Sure there were other places with greenery, but it looked wild and unmanaged – like the world was trying to take control of the land once more. And while he was trying to relax, his eyes closed as sunlight poured through the trees bathing him under a gentle warmth there was something that was beginning to annoy him.
He didn’t hear it at first, but soon the unmistakable noise of someone screaming after their Pokemon could be heard causing him to open his eyes and look around. At first he didn’t see anything, but the rustling of the bushes caught his eye and before he knew it a young Eevee blasted through the shrubberies, startling the teenager forcing him to stand up. “Hey, come here buddy... you shouldn’t run away from your trainer like that.”

Sparks grew bored of his game quickly, and as such he thought nothing of darting out of the bushes and then sitting down with a little yawn and flick of his ears. He turned his head to the side at the sound of the unexpected voice. Cocking his head lightly to the side and adopting his usual haughty demeanor, he turned apathetic eyes onto the blond boy talking to him. A twitch of his tail telling the human to kindly keep his grubby little strange grabby paws out of his business. Maybe go find another human to go frolic with. Not his Terra, of course, then he'd have to do something about it, but anyone else would do. Instead, he dipped his head down and began extracting some leaves, twigs, and burrs out of his fur from his excursion. Even when he tried to keep himself clean, he usually didn't succeed well. The next thing he knew, he was being bowled over by a sudden push against his side, and he flailed his paws blindly in alarm, growling. Rolling over, he lashed out blindly with his paws until he felt them connect with something and then... and then the presence was gone with a loud wail. Sitting up with an indignant twitch of his tail, he turned his gaze about to see his baby brother Nightmare run back through the bushes and then Terra come around the corner a moment later, the girl cradling the little Eevee in her arms gently and murmuring soft - likely sappy and somewhat delusional too if he knew his Trainer - words into his ears and even pressing soft kisses to the top of his little fluffy head. The girl blinked at the sight of the blond male and then she gave a wide smile. "Hi, I'm Terra, what's your name?" she asked in a bright tone, and Sparks resisted the urge to facepaw. Honestly, hadn't his Trainer ever heard of- oh right. This was Terra he was talking about. That girl was too dumb to realize there was any danger involved in a situation. OOC: Some things changed between here and when this started. Most involved me getting lazy on coding. And this is the second time I've written a post from Sparks' point of view. ._. Team-

Soft brown eyes followed watched the young Pokémon with curiosity, biting back laughter as the small creature gave him sass. For all he knew the creature could have been a wild one whom he’d offended for even inferring that he might have had a trainer. Whatever the case, it certainly didn’t appreciate the attention that Levi was giving him. It seemed to ignore Levi after that, cleaning itself of twigs and leaves, whatever may have stuck to its fur from the bushes. Levi shook his head, he couldn’t understand why they would run through the underbrush like that if they knew they would come out looking like hell. Sometimes the young man didn’t understand Pokémon and no matter how hard he tried it seemed like whenever he thought he figured them out, something new would completely break his mind. Though the more that he thought about it, if the young Pokémon did indeed have a trainer, where in the hell were they? To Levi this looked more and more like a wild Pokémon and every second that passed it began to look more and more like a target.
Oh how his Pokémon would love to have a new friend to play with and while it had a bit of an attitude, they’d still love him nonetheless. He made a move for a Pokeball, one of his companions could use the bit of extra training, but before he could get one out in the open the worst of things happened. Another Eevee had come barreling through the bushes and knocked his target down. It reacted violently, swatting the smaller Pokémon until it ran back into the bushes only to have it come out moments later in a trainer’s arms. Well shit, did that mean that this Eevee was hers too?
Levi let out a soft sigh, pulling fingers through his blonde hair silently watching the girl as she spoke. Was she nuts or something? Who talked to a complete stranger... then again isn’t that what people did in the bar? Get drunk, talk to people to try and get some sort of lay by the end of the night. “Hi...” Levi began slowly, the eighteen year old settling back down onto the bench behind him as he looked at the girl and her Pokemon. “I’m, uh... Levi.” He leaned back against the wooden frame, not taking his eyes off the girl for a minute. Sometimes the most dangerous people in the city were the people you least expected and for Levi, this was the kind of person he didn’t think he would ever meet. “Lose your Pokemon did you?”

Terra giggled as she played with one of Nightmare's little paws, her fingers gently wrapped around it as she waggled it in the air, much to his amusement as he squealed in delight, looking up at her with big eyes. The Flareon Gijinka merely giggled at him and pressed another kiss to his head before turning her attention back to the nice man who had found Sparks for her. "Levi," she tried, testing the name out on her tongue before giggling, liking the very flavor of it. The flick of the tongue against the roof of the mouth, followed by the drop of the jaw... it was a little bit fun to play with. She giggled, opening her mouth to continue with her fun new game when Nightmare wriggled about in her arms and accidentally clipped her jaw with his head. Her mouth closed with an audible snap, and there was a prolonged moment of silence before she giggled, cuddling the little one close. "Yeah yeah!" she stated, smiling at Levi widely. "Nightmare wanted to play on his own a little and try to find some new friends, but then Sparks wouldn't play fetch with me! And then he ran off! But he's back now since you found him!" Sparks rolled his eyes from his position on the ground. Honestly, he had run away because he wasn't going to learn how to play fetch. Go teach it to Nightmare or something, the crybaby would probably enjoy that. No, he would rather climb trees and sit up there throwing Apricorns at everyone's heads. He would rain down terror upon them and make them rue the day they ever decided they wanted to become the master species! He was a Pokemon Trainer too! Tail twitching with fury that humans were too restrictive to understand that Pokemon could make a name for themselves too, he was broken from his musings when his Trainer scooped him up into her arms. "Say thank you, Sparks!" she chirped, grinning and holding the older Eevee out to Levi. Sparks looked at the blond human for a long moment before he spoke. "Ee Eevee." ' Go die in a hole.' OOC: ... I love how Sparks went from mildly respectable and sane to somewhat delusional. Apparently the Terra disease is contagious. *shot* Team-

He felt almost a little put off by the trainer, his eyes focused on the two Pokémon quietly noting how the smaller of the two seemed just as childish as the redhead who cradled it. The girl was just full of laughter, it was bloody weird and Levi wasn’t sure how he was handling this. He had been about to catch a Pokémon, lost that chance and was then confronted with a strange trainer – someone he wasn’t sure he would want to see again. It was like watching two baby Pokémon play around, crying one minute when they get hit in the head and then crawling all over the other five seconds later as if nothing had happened. “Should be more careful with them,” Levi mused softly, letting himself relax against the bench. “It’s a sign of a bad trainer if their Pokémon run away.”
It was obvious the Eevee on the ground was unhappy with the situation, more than likely it was because the creature had been forced to try and play fetch. Oh Arceus, the blonde didn’t think he could torture his Pokémon like that. Of course something like an Arcanine might like that, but that was something he wouldn’t want to put to the test unless the large hound-like Pokémon wanted to actually play. Then again he seemed unhappy in general, especially when the redhead scooped up the second Pokémon, cradling the pair in her arms. “N-no, that’s not necessary...” He started quietly, eyes narrowed somewhat as the small brown Pokémon spoke to him. For a second Levi thought that it was insulting him, but he wasn’t good with that kind of stuff. The eighteen year old would have had to have asked one of his Psychic types to tell him what was going on.
“You should be careful though, there’s a lot of people who would try and catch a wild Eevee. Having it run away just leaves it open for capture.” Levi spoke again, eyes glancing down at his shopping for a minute before back up to Terra. He scratched the back of his head lightly before running his fingers through his blonde locks and forced himself to relax. “Luck you though, I don’t know anyone that managed to get two Eevees.”

Terra liked this man, she decided. He was nice and well... there was something about him that just put her at ease. Giggling and giving a quick kiss to one of Sparks' ears - the grumpypants just whined, twitched the appendage, and squirmed in a way she knew meant he wanted down - she set the elder Eevee on his four paws and watched as he trotted a little ways off, though not out of eyesight for either of them. Terra was usually good at trying to keep a close eye on her Eevees, and while sometimes the antics of one would distract her from the other - or her desire for cookies and cuddling would get the best of her - she would still try to be a good mommy to her two little babies. She then blinked at Levi's words, the happy smile on her face slowly fading from it, like a fire burning down to mere embers. She... she wasn't being a good mommy? Her gaze dropped to the ground, swallowing hard, and her arms constricted unconsciously around Nightmare, trying to pull something closer to her chest for protection. The younger Eevee let out a soft sound of confusion, but smelling the hints of sadness coming from his Trainer, he snuggled into her arms and licked at her tears with his rough little pink tongue; Sparks, on the other hand, fumed, glaring daggers at the human he held personally responsible and swearing everlasting vengeance if a single tear fell from Terra's eyes, and then the elder trotted to the redhead's side, sitting himself next to her feet in a quiet show of reassurance. She managed a little smile at the concern of her little Eevees, nuzzling between Nightmare's ears before she looked up again, a smaller smile on her face now. "The Egg Fairy must've thought I was a good girl," she murmured, cuddling Nightmare close. "Sparks down there is a grumpypants, but Nightmare's a little sweetie. He's just a baby, he doesn't know any better." OOC: ... XD She actually has four. Isabelle just has the eggs. And shame on you for almost making Terra cry! *shot* Team-

“Hey, don’t cry.” Levi commented softly, hesitantly standing up reading to comfort the girl. “I’m sure you’re a great trainer, you just need to be more careful.” Captured Pokemon or not, there were still people out there who would like nothing more than to take Pokémon for themselves or harvest their DNA in an attempt to make more samples for Gijinka transfusions. It was actually cute watching the two Eevee fawn over their trainer with concern. It meant that they at least cared for her and that the feelings were definitely mutual. He smiled a bit more before allowing himself to relax on the bench again, soft eyes just focused on the group in front of him. “Anyways, tell me about this Egg Fairy of yours.” He spoke, a look of pure innocence on his face as he asked. The boy was genuinely curious because the closest thing he could think of to an egg fairy would be a Chansey and just... he’d had a bad experience with a Chansey Gijinka once.
It was almost laughable, a gangster Chansey toting a gun trying to hunt down his former roommate and had drug him into a world of trouble. That was one of the reasons as to why he had migrated to the Team Rocket base where he found himself more at home than anywhere else within the colony. “Do your Pokémon know any cute tricks?” The male asked softly, almost grinning. “I’ve got this one friend, his Eevee likes to play fetch. They’d chase after sticks and bring it back, it’s really cute.”
“I wanted to teach my Pokémon some stuff, but none of them seem that interested and honestly... they’re a bit scary for some people.” Levi shrugged as he thought about it, a slight pout on his lips the longer it went on. He’d have to get another Pokemon sooner or later to add to his team. His current were a bit terrifying to children, it was no good to have them running off crying.

[/div] Terra kissed the tip of Nightmare's fluffy head, reassuring herself that it was okay. She had her little sweetheart, and that was what counted in the end. Grinning at the man before her even if it wasn't as widely as she had been before, she cuddled Nightmare close. "Sparks just doesn't like to listen to me. He's tough enough to handle himself, so he'll do whatever he wants to do. He's strong though, strong enough to keep Nightmare and I safe." The smile fell away then and she looked at Sparks with eyes that seemed almost a little sorrowful. "He's just like my brother... I just hope he can live up to the name." She was quiet for a moment, lost in the memories of the brother who had died when he got transfused with the Jolteon blood. That was why she'd named her first Eevee Sparks, after the brother who was slowly fading from her memories. With a soft pang, she realized that she didn't even remember exactly what he looked like anymore. But that was okay. She didn't need to remember to hold him close. "The Egg Fairy is really little," she explained, grinning up at her new friend. "She runs around with a little dress on, and she's eh... maybe about the size of an Eevee? Yeah, that sounds right, an Eevee! She takes care of the eggs that don't have Mommies and Daddies and she finds Mommies and Daddies for them so that they can grow up with a family! She gave me Sparks and Nightmare and then she gave me Typhoon and Delusion too!" She grinned at the mention of her two newest additions to her family, the twin pair of eggs she'd left at home on some blankets to be warmed by the sun. She hadn't wanted them to get all dirty or to get lost, so she'd left them there to be happy and sleep a little!
Sparks rolled his eyes at her feet but didn't say anything. Honestly, as strange as Terra sounded and as much as he didn't want to admit it, he'd rather her remain in that little delusional world of the Egg Fairy than to have her sad when she found out the truth. That was why he got himself ready, warning the man in front of him with his eyes not to say a word to her about the Egg Fairy not being real. If he even started to, he would have to protect Terra and bite him, it was that simple!
Terra giggled at the question, smiling. "Uh huh! Nightmare knows how to high-five!" She smiled widely, remembering how long it had taken her to teach him how to do it, but it was worth it. She loved being able to high-five her little baby, though she was pretty sure Sparks had picked it up too. It sorta made her mad that he wouldn't learn it until she taught it to Nightmare, and then he'd picked it up easily enough, but oh well, it was done now! "Daw, I'm sure they'll pick it up!" she encouraged with a smile, the rest of his words flying right over her head. But that was normal for the Flareon Gijinka. She usually missed a lot of important things in a conversation. Mostly because she got distracted by cookies. Cookies were yummy. She especially loved chocolate chip cookies. They were so good! One time some kind old lady had given her some, and they had been so yummy! ... Wait... what had she been talking about before that again?

It was almost sad listening to her, but Levi had to remind himself that around here it was common to have people just drop dead. All sorts of things claimed lives in this city, disease, famine, failed DNA transfusions. It was a long list that brought nothing but painful memories to the citizens that managed to survive behind the colony's walls. He disliked it, but it was the reality of living here and in all honesty one wouldn't survive very long away from safety of the colony. The wastelands were a bare and desolate place with nothing but reminders of a world long past with a few people who try to cling to it, living off scraps and whatever else they can scavenge from the ruined buildings.
He listened patiently, a small smile on his lips as the girl's face lit up, excitedly sharing with him whatever she knew about the Egg Fairy. Levi had to admit it was pretty cute just listening to her enthusiasm about some fairy tale, but at the same time some part of him wanted it to be real. The thought itself was just infused with happiness and it seemed like it was something that would bring a smile to anyone's face.
"He does seem like a bit of a grumpypants," The teenager nodded in agreement, a playful smirk on his face as he glanced down at the small Pokémon. Oh gosh, Sparks looked ready to kill him - what would he do if they feisty little thing tried to bite him? His mind told him to just shock the poor thing, but he knew that Terra wouldn't be appreciative of that. "Maybe he needs a treat?" Levi tilted his head to the side, smiling innocently. "I might have a few things, had to get some Pokémon treats today. I don't have an Eevee, but the two might like them anyways."
Shaking his head, Levi leaned over to peer into one of his cloth bags to look for the treats. "I don't think anyone would appreciate a Wailmer trying to give them a high-five," The boy mused softly. "They might end up squishing someone that way." Oh Arceus, the picture in his head right now... it took everything the blonde had to not burst out in laughter. It was a horrible picture, almost like the one he got when he first started teaching his Pokémon how to use rollout. The thought of a giant blue ball of blubber coming at you was terrifying in itself, but seeing it was just... oh gosh.
He finally produced a small bag, the Gijinka tearing the top off with his teeth before dropping grabbing a few of the treats and laid the plastic on the ground, neatly placing the snacks on top. "There, that should keep them happy."

[/div] 5 [/style]

[style=width: 406px; background-color: #ffa700; font-family: georgia; font-size: 20px; text-transform: uppercase; text-align: right; padding: 2px; color: #fff;] We're not at the end but... [/div] Sparks had never felt animosity like this towards anyone. He wanted to take the man before him and tear out his eyeballs and then throw them in the bushes. Sure, it was a little graphic, but he was not grumpy, he was protective! He loved his Trainer, and keeping her safe was one of his highest priorities. Along with his little brother too. The two of them could get into so much trouble when they really felt up to it. Indeed, a large part of him said this was all one big bad idea, though that could have been his protective side not liking this stranger who was being so friendly to his Trainer. Terra was a happy girl, yes, and she could bring a smile to someone's face somewhat easily, but this... this was a little too friendly for him. He suspected ulterior motives.
Still though... Terra needed someone to look after her. She still lived in a world where everything was okay and any sadness was a temporary thing that could be resolved with a quick hug and a promise of a treat, but the world wasn't like that anymore. Hell, Sparks was young, but even he could see that there wasn't a whole lot left to live for, that life was hard and you needed a fair bit of both luck and skill to get far in it. And, as much as it made him want to gag for admitting it, even in his head, he was only a Pokemon, he couldn't protect her all the time. She needed someone to guide her away from her dumber ideas and to keep her from the dangers of the real world. His ear twitched at the thought and he sulked, too concerned to really notice the crackling of a bag for treats.
Nightmare did, however, and he immediately squealed at the mention of treats, his little fluffy tail wagging happily as he wriggling in Terra's arms, making her giggle and tighten her arms around him to make sure he didn't escape and fall flat on his face. "I think they'd like that!" she proclaimed, laughing, bending down to put Nightmare on the ground so that he could scamper over to Levi's side, pawing at the man's pant leg pleadingly and giving him the biggest eyes he could muster. "I've never seen a Wailmer..." Terra mused, cocking her head to one side. "Are they cool?" Nightmare bounced in delight when the treats were placed on the ground, rubbing his head against Levi's arm in a thank you before he dug in voraciously, tearing apart his treat and devouring it with the same child-like zeal his Trainer would her cookies. Terra giggled at the sight of her youngest Eevee acting so happy, unable to control herself from hugging Levi's arm. "Thank you Levi!" she cooed, grinning up at him for a long moment before letting go, scooping up Sparks and a treat so that he could have some too if he wanted. When he decided to stop being a grumpypants anyway.

"Never?" Levi questioned curiously, his mind mulling over the idea very slowly, debating if it would actually be okay to show off a little. "Well, I could show you..." The eighteen year old began, fingers sliding to his belt to feel for the familiar red and white capsule. "They're a bit tubby, you'd have to step back so he doesn't accidentally squish you." Oh gosh, he's almost had that happen to him before. Levi learned never to let his Pokémon out within the Team Rocket base because that was just asking for trouble. His room wasn't designed for such large Pokémon, if he wanted to play the blonde knew that he had to go outside or find an unoccupied room that was big enough for the larger Pokémon to frolic around in.
Of course the park would be big enough to handle his precious Pokémon, but he wasn't so sure his companion would take well to being summoned on the ground instead of the water. Then again both of them were tough creatures, they knew how to use moves like rollout which obviously only worked on solid ground - it could definitely handle a bit of time in the dirt.
The thought slipped his mind for a few seconds though, something was pawing down at his leg. Blue eyes quickly dropped down to see this adorable little Pokémon begging for his attention. He merely grinned and bent over to place the treats down, laughing as the other rubbed against his hand. "You're very welcome," Levi replied, trying not to laugh as Terra had also grabbed onto his arm. "Just make sure grumpypants gets something too, okay? It'd certainly make him less crabby." Oh... the pun, he winced at his own joke and shook his head somewhat before he remembered what he was doing.
Grabbing the small capsule off his belt, a finger slid over the button to enlarge it. "Step back just a bit, okay Terra?" Just to be on the safe side, Levi figured he'd toss release his Pokémon on the side of the bench so he didn't cause too much trouble. His fingers released the ball and it split open at the center as a flash of red light emerged and a rather large, blue Pokémon took its place.
"Wailmer!" It cried out, startled at the sight of ground beneath him before he noticed his trainer and some other Pokemon in front of him, "Wai-Wailmer?" It rolled to the side, questioning his trainer.
"Just some friends you dork, calm down."

[/div] Terra shook her head at the question, her eyes wide. She really had never seen a Wailmer before, and she bounced on her tiptoes, wanting to see what this nice man wanted to show her. She giggled happily when he said he would show her, a wide smile on her face as she squealed in happiness. "Thank you thank you thank you!" she giggled out, bouncing around in hyperactive little circles before she tripped over a rock, yelping as she fell down onto her butt, whining as she rubbed at it. That wasn't fun! It had hurt! She pouted, sniffling as she tried to resist the urge to cry, just like a big girl would, and when Sparks trotted over to her side, she scooped him up into her arms, burying her face in his fluffy fur and pressing a kiss onto his head with only a minor grumble on his part. Cuddling him closer for a moment, she set him back on his paws quickly, recognizing he didn't like being hugged so much. Not like she and Nightmare did anyway, the two of them able to cuddle up in her bed for hours and hours and hours before they got tired of it. "Uh huh!" she exclaimed, scooping up Nightmare now and holding the little Eevee to her chest, wriggling her finger in front of his nose and giggling when the younger Eevee playfully batted at her hand with his paws. "Ee Eevee!" he squealed, a little grin on his face before he yawned, cuddling into Terra's side and quietly observing Levi, blinking curiously at the Pokeball in his hand. He liked making new friends...
Terra immediately stilled when she saw the giant ball of blue blubber. Sparks actually did facepaw this time, right in the middle of trying to eat his treat too, and he grumbled as he got up off his haunches, fully prepared to headbutt his Trainer in her side if he had to in order to return her to reality when she squealed, depositing Nightmare on the ground as she ran to jump on the Wailmer. "This. Is. Awesome!" she yelled, hugging the poor Pokemon, her arms not even really big enough to begin to encircle the Water-type. Sparks facepawed again. Why was he stuck with the crazy Trainer? Why? What had he done in some past life to deserve this? Whatever it was, it must have been pretty bad if he got stuck with Terra. Grumbling as he got to his paws, he grabbed one of the treats and threw it in a fast motion, the food item bouncing off Terra's head comically and causing her to blink, looking over at the sulking pair of Eevees. "Dawwwww, I love you guys too!" she squealed, letting go of the Wailmer to instead wrap her arms around the two fluffy Normal-types. "I've just never seen a Wailmer before, that's all." She pressed a kiss to each of their ears, grinning widely. She was so excited she got to touch a Wailmer!

"Hey, hey - no need to scare the big guy." The eighteen year old teased softly, a faint smile on his face as he watched the red haired girl bounce around in excitement. If Levi had wanted to give her a show, the young man could have simply shown her the Wailord, but he had a feeling the Pokémon would have been less appreciative of being land-locked in the middle of the park with an over-excited red-head bouncing around it. "I've got some others that you'd probably like to meet, but that should be for another day. The park isn't exactly the best place to show off water Pokémon, y'know how it is."
It was kind of cute seeing the two smaller Pokémon sulk when they had lost their trainer's attention. Levi understood what it felt like though, to be ignored when something new and shiny came along. Luckily for the pair, that didn't seem to be the case as Terra smothered the pair with affection the moment she realized they were unhappy with what was going on. It was good they had a trainer that seemed to care so much for their well-being, even if she had trouble keeping them under control sometimes. Still, it seemed odd that Sparks would sulk as well, seeing as the Pokémon seemed to try so hard to come off as grumpy and detached from everyone else.
The small Pokémon seemed just as attention-seeking as his brother; it was actually kind of cute though the eighteen year old would never admit it. "Shouldn't you be on your way home? It's not exactly nice outside when night falls." There was a hint of concern in the male's voice - he knew he could hold his own, but not everyone was so capable. Even the toughest person would walk away with scrapes and bruises if they weren't careful, and unfortunately the worst of the worst seemed to crawl out of their hiding spots at night. Nothing was ever safe in this city, but there was something about the dark that seemed to make it a million times worse.

[/div] "Sorry Levi, sorry Wailmer!" Terra chirped sweetly, clasping her hands behind her back and rocking backwards and forwards on her feet. "I've just never seen a Pokemon like that before, that's all." She carefully leaned over and scooped up Nightmare into her arms, getting up from her crouch and settling the small Eevee on her head so that he would be out of the way of getting hurt or getting lost while she and Levi talked - Sparks was a strong Eevee and could handle himself just fine if he got into trouble, and besides, he had a much better sense of direction than his little brother did. "You have some other Pokemon?" she questioned, cocking her head to the side like a puppy told something it didn't understand from its owner. "Can I see them one day though? Sparks, Nightmare, and I like making new friends... and I can show them Delusion and Typhoon too so then you can know all my friends!" She grinned widely, already delighted with the idea of being able to show Levi her two eggs, just knowing that he'd like them just as much as he did her and Nightmare and Delusion. She then pouted. "But I don't wanna go home yet," she whined softly, using the exact same wheedling tone of a three year old told by a parent that it was past their bedtime and that they should go to bed. "I'm not afraid of the dark, and besides, I have Sparks and Nightmare to protect me, and if meanies try to hurt them, I can throw fire at them and make them go away and leave us alone!" She perked up at the mention of fire, grinning widely. "Do you wanna see? I can show you how I do it! Just like-" she was interrupted mid-sentence with a couple of sharp inhales, her yellow eyes fluttering closed while her whole body bucked with it, making little Nightmare cling to her head tightly with his paws.
Sparks knew what was happening, and he immediately shot to his feet. "Ee!" he cried, staring at his brother. Get down! The younger Eevee leaped off her head just as his Trainer's eyes closed and she let out a huge sneeze, a ball of fire shooting up around her mouth like a mushroom ball of flames: She had accidentally unleashed an Ember attack, same as what always happened when she sneezed, though hopefully the two Eevees, along with Levi and the Wailmer, were far enough out of range to not get hurt by it. That would be bad.
