He must have offered - because it would be far too rude for him to not offered - and he would have clued in that, no, she wouldn't be able to see it. She was still half-expecting a comment, some reference to her complete miss of his hand earlier, but the fact that one hadn't come... well, it meant something, even if Angeline wasn't sure what it was supposed to mean. Did it mean that he somehow, insanely, hadn't noticed? Or did it mean he'd noticed, and wasn't sure how to bring it up?
Or had he noticed, and opted to be polite? That option was so rare, but her favorite by far. Someone who wasn't going to force the awkward conversation about it was almost always better in the long run then someone who was. People who forced that conversation... well, it was always agonizing. What was she supposed to say? The conversation was always the same, stupid to the very end. Yes, she was blind. Was there anything else to say? No. She was blind, and that was that.
Taking his rough hands, she let herself walk with him. It was nice to not have to track him, and as they got farther into the park, she was even more thankful for that. It was so loud - so disorienting and hard to understand.
Things that sounded appealing, though? What was there, in a park? She couldn't know for sure what was there, but she could take a guess. Most rides were out, really. There was only one that really interested her. "There wouldn't happen to be a carousel, would there?"

Oh, I want some more; what are you waiting for? Take a bite of my heart tonight. Conrad had to do a sort of wider ‘sweeping’ motion to be able to see his entire environment. He moved his eyes back and forth as if reading a book, occasionally turning his head when he got further left. His blind eye swept as well, but it didn’t see anything at all. It wacked up his depth perception and caused him to stumble when he really should’ve seen that last stair, but it was chalked up to clumsiness instead of missing sight. Most people who knew him didn’t even know about his eye, which was good in his line of work anyway. He was sorely tempted to ask about the fact that she obviously couldn’t see… but really, what would that do? He hated it when people asked why he seemed to crane his neck to watch things to his left, so he figured it was the same for Angeline… funny; between the two of them, there was technically only one working eye. It was a slightly macabre thought, so he put it aside and thought of the carnival instead. And it was the biggest carnival to have come to the city for a long time. At least, for as long as he could remember. There were occasional bands of roaming sideshows, gypsies and circuses that meandered in and left before the sun was up… shady business that didn’t attract a lot of attention. There hadn’t been one like the Carnival since he’d come, and Pasha said there was one a long time ago, but definitely before he came into the picture. Conrad blinked and gave Angeline’s hand a little squeeze, his gaze sweeping the colourful tents and boughs until he finally found what she requested. ”There is. Would you like to go?” He nearly asked if she’d like to see it, but that would be a horribly crass thing to do. Instead, he lead her towards the colourfully lit carousel; various Pokemon stood poised on rods under a tent that lit up with lights. Hush hush, the world is quiet. Hush hush, we both can’t fight it. It’s us who made this mess; say goodbye to my heart tonight.
