Some days were harder than others for the man known as Victor, but that was to be expected given his condition. Of course, this wouldn’t stop him from going out and doing his self-appointed job, but he certainly wouldn’t be getting physical with anything. No, that would be the job of the small reptile at his feet, and Victor was hoping to see how exactly the creature handled a fight with another Pokémon. If it couldn’t handle one of its own kind, then there was no way that it would be able to face Gijinka, which would be considerably more dangerous than your average person.
“Now we walk through darkness in order to face the trials that will lead us to day where revenge will be ours,” he muttered as he walked behind the Sandile as they walked through the mountain pass in search of a fight. The small reptile needed to battle and defeat three Pokémon before Victor would even begin to ponder the Sandile facing something that could be potentially dangerous like a young Gijinka. Victor needed strong Pokémon in order to wage his crusade on the abominations known as Gijinkas, and that started with finding something up in the mountains that was capable of just that.
“And a fury of rage surges up from the earth to place an obstacle on the path. Only the pure will survive,” Victor continued to mutter in his pain induced state. He would never know that he sounded like a bumbling, religious nut, but that really didn’t matter as he was still focused on the training of his Sandile.

WILD POKEMON APPEARED! [/style] Cubchoo || Male || Snow Cloak || Ice || 06 Powder Snow || Growl || - - - || - - - || In the mountains, most others would be chilled to the bone. This little one was fine as could be, what did an ice type have to worry about cold for? It was the heat that one had to watch, this little Cubchoo didn't know how others could deal with the heat as it inhaled some of the mucus dripping from its nose. It would stay in this nice cool area, and let the other pokemon go wandering down the mountain if they wanted, he was nice and comfy.
Of course, he had been about to fall asleep before he heard some strange noises close-by. Peeking his head out of the little hole he had managed to find, he spotted the human. What was it doing up in this area, didn't it know that humans had a harder time with the cold than they did? Silly human, he would have to go warn him, before he went and got himself sick.
Scrambling out of the cave, he wandered up to the human, "Cubchoo, Cub, Cub, Choo!" He flailed his little arms at the human, trying to motion for him to head back down the mountain. Little did he know, all it looked like was a kid flailing its arms to be picked up.

Victor’s mind was filled with the mission, so when he saw the small bear with what looked like it had a frozen rain drop on its nose. Of course, it wasn’t a rain drop, but this was a chance for his Sandile to show exactly what it was made of. “Sandile, get ready. It is time for battle,” he said as looked down at the black and brown reptile Pokémon that stood before him.
His Pokémon looked at him and then back as the ice Pokémon, and there was an expression on its face like why was it picking a fight with the Cubchoo for. “Don’t give me that look. Go and use Bite on that Pokémon. That’s an order,” said Victor with the added effect of a glare being aimed at the Pokémon. This was something that needed to be done, or else everything would be for nothing.
Not wanting to be glared at, Sandile looked back at the Cubchoo with this apologetic look before running at it. The small Pokémon jumped up and opened its mouth, so that he could hopefully clamp down on the blue bear’s head. Of course, this was not the best sort of battle for Victor’s Pokémon given type match up, but that was probably the point of it.

WILD POKEMON APPEARED! [/style] Cubchoo || Male || Snow Cloak || Ice || 06 Powder Snow || Growl || - - - || - - - || The Cubchoo wasn't quite sure what the human was saying, since it had never really encountered one before this moment. Understanding what they said would take a much longer period of time. However, it didn't seem to have that as the Sandile gave it an apologetic look and the lunged at it. The Cubchoo wasn't prepared for such an attack and had the bite land on its arm.
It let out a soft cry of pain, before shaking itself, and wiping at the tears on its face. Sniffling, and inhaling some of the mucus, it let out a Growl at the Sandile. It had done nothing wrong that deserved it to be attacked, and with the last inhale, it now was ready to fight back as it unleashed a Powder Snow attack at the Sandile.

Victor’s Sandile landed a blow to the bear’s arm, but now it was vulnerable to the counter-assault of the blue Pokémon. First, the creature let out a grow lowering the attack, which lowered the crocodile’s attack. Then it came at them with an icy wind filled with snow that pushed the Sandile away from the little bear, and now Victor realized that things were about to get more interesting as his Pokémon got to its feet with the obvious signs of being hit by its weakness. “Sandile, use Stone Edge and follow up quickly with Bite,” he ordered in a stern tone.
Of course, the Sandile wasn’t sure why they were continuing to fight an Ice Pokémon that could seriously kick his butt, but they were. His back started to glow and multiple orbs of white energy rise off of his back into the air, and these take the shape of a circle and spin around in midair. The orbs quickly changed into gray stones that were launched directly at the Cubchoo, and that was the way that Stone Edge worked. As soon as they were launched, Sandile took off and lunged toward where the Cubchoo was during the start of his attack, so he could Bite the little bear.

WILD POKEMON APPEARED! [/style] Cubchoo || Male || Snow Cloak || Ice || 06 Powder Snow || Growl || - - - || - - - || The Cubchoo had managed to hit the Sandile with the Powder Snow. Although, seeing the stones suddenly being lifted up, he wasn't going to just stand around and let himself be hit by them. As soon as they started flying at him, he dived out of their paths, unfortunately, he was a bit on the clumsy side and managed to go into a roll. He managed to avoid the rocks at least, but was left dizzy and was struck by the second bite.
Another cry of pain as the teeth of the Sandile hurt him, and he was inhaling more of the mucus. He hadn't managed to grow much on this mountain and only had his own real attack. However, he would show that he was capable of fighting, and would not go down easily. He had done nothing wrong for him to be attacked! So after having inhaled the mucus, he let loose with another Powder Snow on the Sandile.

This battle was going nowhere at an accelerated rate, and so Victor was going to have to attempt to speed things up a bit. “Sandile, get behind the bear. Now!” Immediately, the Sandile released the Cubchoo and moved around to its backside and narrowly avoided the Powder snow that had been launched, but now came the question of what was Victor going to have the crocodile do next. Whatever it was, it was not going to be good for the icy cub that they were battling, but the Sandile wasn’t going to have to wait long for an answer.
“Sandile, use Stone Edge on that bear,” Victor ordered. Not wanting to get yelled at, the Sandile’s back glowed just like before, and more orbs popped off, spun around, transformed into gray stones and were launched at the blue bear. Now things were going to get very interesting as Victor continued to watch the battle unfold, but Sandile was worried about getting turned into a crocodilian popsicle.

WILD POKEMON APPEARED! [/style] Cubchoo || Male || Snow Cloak || Ice || 06 Powder Snow || Growl || - - - || - - - || It had missed the hostile sandile that was attacking it, and suddenly he was being slammed in the back by rocks. That bastard and his trainer had pulled a dirty trick, and all he had tried to do was help them! Falling over he was out of the fight, laying unconscious it would not be able to fight back against its aggressors.
Cubchoo has fainted and is available for capture!
(Note: I will keep rolling pokemon at you, until you state otherwise or we reach the limit.)

It seemed that the Sandile was adequate for the work that Victor had to do, but now came the question of the bear. Overall, it wouldn’t be good in battle since it hadn’t defeated his Pokémon, but it could prove useful in getting something that would be suitable for the task. With this thought in mind, Victor tossed a Poke Ball at the bear and then walked passed it. “Retrieve the ball and follow me. We have more work to do,” he said as he walked past the crocodile.
Sandile just stared at his trainer as he walked past without a care in the world towards the well-being toward the Pokémon, but at least he had won the fight. Now he had to go and get the newly acquired Poke ball, which meant that things might get interesting. Of course, that was only if Victor didn’t do something like shoot a bush to get something to come out of it, and then the Sandile realized that he didn’t have long before that type of situation happened to them.

WILD POKEMON APPEARED! [/style] Cubchoo || Male || Snow Cloak || Ice || 06 Powder Snow || Growl || - - - || - - - || The pokeball hit the Cubchoo, and the little bear as absorbed into the device. Hitting the ground, it wobbled slightly before stopping.
Cubchoo was captured!
WILD POKEMON APPEARED! [/style] Hippopotas || Male || Sand Force || Ground || 07 Tackle || Sand-Attack || Bite || - - - || The ground type had seen exactly what kind of person this human was through the whole thing. He would not let the younger pokemon's defeat go unpunished, as he rushed forward, using a Sand-Attack on the Sandile. That would at least allow him a better time of avoiding the little crocodile's attacks.
From there, it aimed a tackle at the creature, he would not let this man get away without some form of punishment! His pride would not allow it, and he would make sure the human didn't get away unharmed either. A snort of contempt, as his eyes leveled on both pokemon and human.

Once the ball stopped moving, Sandile picked it up so he could bring it to Victor, which would hopefully distract the man from shooting things. Of course, nothing ever went as plan as something kicked dirt into the Sandile’s eyes, which prevented him from doing what he had been told. His mouth immediately dropped the Poke ball in such a way that it rolled straight to the man with the gun, who immediately picked it up and stowed it. Then he turned his attention toward the battle as the crocodile got blindsided by something that looked like a hippo or maybe an obese lizard.
“It seems that we have an angry Pokémon. Maybe that bear was its friend, so I guess that means we are going to have to make sure that they stay together.” Victor’s eyes scanned over the Sandile and then the Hippopotas, and then a thought occurred to him that could be considered cruel in nature. Of course, the brown hippo had instigated this battle, so Victor had to be the nice one and oblige him with a good one. It would take a few rounds for the move to be really useful, so the Sandile was just going to have to survive those rounds.
“Better start off with Leer and follow it quickly with Rage,” Victor ordered. Not wanting to get in trouble, Sandile glared at the Hippopotas to instigate the Leer, and then the crocodile ran at the Hippopotas so it could slam into it at top speed. Of course, the sand in his eyes might make it difficult to land a direct hit, so this could all be for nothing anyway.

WILD POKEMON APPEARED! [/style] Hippopotas || Male || Sand Force || Ground || 07 Tackle || Sand-Attack || Bite || - - - || Oh no, things were not going to go that well for the human this time. This pokemon would make sure that it learned his lesson about cruelty. As it would show it in return, he was not above sinking to that level and showing this sandile despair. When it used learn, he snarled slightly, baring his teeth, before throwing out two more Sand-Attacks to make sure that the creature would have an incredibly hard time just seeing what it was doing now.
Having been clipped by the rage attack, it decided to start moving around more. This way he wouldn't be easy to target, and if he kept moving the humans words would be useless for the other.

This Hippopotas was starting to annoy the Sandile with the constant throwing of the sand into his face, but at least he had got to hit it once. Then again, now Victor’s Pokémon was having an extreme blind moment, which made it difficult to use moves that would require serious aim. Well there was only one thing that Victor could think of doing to level the playing field, and it would be quite annoying to the Sandile but that wasn’t his concern at the moment. “Rapid fire Stone Edge, Sandile,” he bellowed like a crazed chimpanzee who had just found a banana.
The crocodile complied with his back glowing bright white, and then multiple orbs came up off of it. The orbs began to spin rapidly and then transformed into grey stones, which Sandile launched to his left. He quickly repeated this act, but this time he rotated one hundred degrees and fired them again. His hope was that one of them was going to hit, but if they don’t then Victor had an alternative plan that wasn’t as nice as using Sandile against the hippo. Of course, that was only if it looked like Sandile was going to start losing.

WILD POKEMON APPEARED! [/style] Hippopotas || Male || Sand Force || Ground || 07 Tackle || Sand-Attack || Bite || - - - || The desperate attack, only managed to hit him a bit. Of course, the rock type attack was less effective against him than the human realized. As he shook off the attack, and he scraped his foot along the ground, before charging the Sandile with a Tackle.
Even should the first miss, he would follow it up with a second tackle, aiming to plow into its side. A snort of satisfaction, as he was ready to teach this trainer and his pokemon a lesson.

Victor could see that this battle was going nowhere and fast as Stone Edge didn’t do anything to the hippo, which meant that he was going to have to rely on an alternative tactic to beat the hippo. As the Sandile got beat around by the Hippotas tackles, Victor pulled out his Pokéball and called the reptilian back to it. “I’ll deal with you later,” he muttered as he pulled out a different Pokémon that would not fail him as easily as the Sandile had.
The scarred hunter tossed the ball up in the air, and it opened to let out a rather feisty Rhyhorn whose eyes locked on the hippo. Not even waiting for the order to attack, she charged the Hippoptas with her horn aimed for its head, and now it was time to bring the pain with a powerful Horn Attack.
