So. What's there to say about Cecil? Not too much really, sad to say. He's just a friendly but thoroughly ordinary guy with everyday thoughts and desires - you know, minus the whole gijinka thing; all he really wants is to keep drifting from one day to the next, content as he is with the way things are right now. Except for when he isn't - when the old itch to just let loose and fight something stirs up, or when he spots someone picking on somebody right in front of him, or when you mess with someone he cares about...okay, so maybe he's not as easygoing as he first appears, but really, he's still a softie at heart and while he'd definitely smack a fly around if he was bored enough, he wouldn't actually kill anyone...unless they were threatening to do the same to someone dear to him...okay, you know what? Just give the kid clear skies, a couple of birds, and an occasional tussle with some wild Pokémon and he'll be happy. Or a cuddle on the couch, if you happen to be a certain Zoroark - he loves the cuddles.
If you haven't guessed by now, he's very much in love with Kouhei Makoto, to the point where he lists his preferences as "Kou" on paperwork just to be a sap. Yeah. He's lame like that.
