Solo was wandering through the forested areas of the mountain range, and he took one of his pokeball's, and tossed it in the air casually. The little red, and white ball expanded, and opened up releasing a beam of white light that took the form of his Swablu, Draca. The little flying type pokemon perched on his shoulder, and he smiled at the sweet natured pokemon. She was the perfect contrast to him. She didn't like violence nearly as much as he did, and it was quiet refreshing to have her around. She nuzzled him affectionately, and they continued to walk through the area. He was hoping to find some good pokemon in this place. Something that he could use.
With a sigh he found a nearby tree, and he slumped down against it, and stroked the top of Draca's head. When she evolved, and became a dragon she was going to become much stronger. Dragons were the prime rib of the of pokemon world, and they were very hard to defeat. Despite what others said Dragons were on the top of the food chain, and when he had them all he would show the world, just how powerful his beloved dragons could be. The thought made him smile as he sat down, and rested.

WILD FERROSEED APPEARED! [/style] Ferroseed || Male || Iron Barbs || Grass / Steel || Level 10 Tackle || Harden || Rollout || CurseIt wasn't easy for a Pokemon with a body shape like his to get around, but Ferroseed made it work with what he had. It was definitely the reason he'd chosen the mountains as his home. He had no legs, and no arms. However, he could roll pretty damn well if he did think so himelf, though the general sloping of the mountain terrain didn't hurt either. As it was then day, Ferroseed was doing what he did best, rolling, and was on the hunt for a new cave to settle down in before night came again. Perferably one with a juicy rock or two that he could sink his spikes into and drain of all those tiny, tasty minerals most other Pokemon didn't even know existed.
Picking up speed, he shifted himself just a tad to bounce over a fallen branch in his path. His steely hide absorbed the impact coming down and he didn't even flinch, he just sped up. His speed and the wooded area he was cutting through was why, when he noticed the human and blue fluffy Pokemon sitting in his path, in his way, he didn't have enough time slow or change his path. The best he could do, was jump, using a rock in his path to throw him upward with a jerk of his body to push him higher.
Ferroseed hoped the human saw him in time to duck. If he couldn't get the height he needed, the soft, fleshy, fragile obstacle was about to receive a face full of spikes. It wasn't his fault!

As he was sitting there relaxing he heard something that wasn't a normal forest sound. It sounded like a rock rolling towards him, and he when he turned to see what it was, he saw that it was a pokemon. Though it was too late to attack it, and he quickly grabbed Draca, and crouched down to avoid the deadly spikes that the pokemon had all over its body. Now he was slightly ticked off. Here he was enjoying a nice relaxing day out with his pokemon, and then some freaky spiny thing decides to come crash that party. Now that wouldn't fly over with him. Looking up he could see that the thing was now in mid air, and it was just a perfect attack target for him to demolish. No he was going to defeat this thing, and then capture it. Maybe he could teach it some manners.
Snapping his fingers he summoned his dragon powers, and launched a Twister attack towards the weird pokemon. It wasn't a particularly powerful attack, but it would get the job done. The powerful twister whipped up almost instantly, and worked its way towards the pokemon. Draca was now perched on his shoulder again, and she was watching the battle intently. "Alright Draca watch carefully. I know you don't like battling as much as me, but it is a part of life. It is part of nature, and I know one day you will be incredibly strong so watch closely." he said to her smiling a razor tooth smile.

WILD FERROSEED APPEARED! [/style] Ferroseed || Male || Iron Barbs || Grass / Steel || Level 10 Tackle || Harden || Rollout || CurseTime almost seemed to slow as Ferroseed spun in the air like a spikey bullet, straight toward the poor humans face. His eyes locked on the man's face... and HE MISSED! Relieved, the dual type continued through the air and prepared to continue his crazy method of travel down the mountainside- until he found himself sucked backward and up, into a powerful wind attack that stole his breath and rattled his insides. It wasn't too harmful, but when he hit the ground, he probably would have begun a dizzy roll had his spikes not anchored him to the earth.
Silent, and unwilling to voice his displeasure at the interruption on his way to a meal, Ferroseed glared up at the much larger form of the human. It seemed a fight was unavoidable, though he'd done his best to do just that. Well the human and the soft fluffy thing on his shoulder would break their teeth on his hide if that was what they wished. His spherical body shook and then went absolutly still as he stiffened every muscle he had, HARDEN-ing his already thick hide to an unbreakable level. Prepared, he then began to spin, faster and faster, so fast that the rock and dirt beneath him almost turned to mush, ground beneath his spiky body.
The he was off, shredding the earth in a straight line with his ROLLOUT attack, toward the human and his Pokemon, unaware that it was the human who had caught him up in that Twister.
OOC: Sorry, late. Real life badness has been piling up lately and I haven't really been able to focus. I'm doing best I can though!

His attack had been successful slightly damaging the uniquely typed pokemon that was before him. However it suddenly hardened its body, and then it began to spin rapidly towards him. Draca managed to jump off his shoulders in time, and take to the sky to watch the battle from above. Crossing his arms in front of him in an X formation to try, and lessen the incoming blow. Snarling when the pokemon made contact with him it drove him back a few inches on his feet, but now the thing was in close quarters. Blue electricity sparked around his body as he began to gather the energy stored within himself. All of a sudden a rush of blue electricity surrounded his body, and he launched it at the pokemon that had just attacked him. Thunder Wave would cause the pokemon to become paralyzed, and slow it down by a quarter of its speed.
Also pokemon were a lot easier to catch when they were afflicted with a status condition. He wasn't done though. Opening his mouth, and revealing his razor sharp teeth a blue ball of energy began to form in his mouth. Without stopping to see if his first attack hit, or not he launched the Dragon's Rage attack at the opposing pokemon. Hoping that would be enough to knock it out so that he could catch it. While it wasn't a dragon type it would be nice to just have. Unique pokemon were just as good as the ferocious dragons that he coveted so much. Though having been hit with that Rollout attack had hurt him quiet a bit. Gritting his teeth he waited to see if either of his attacks had hurt his opponent.
"You will be mine Ferroseed." he said to the pokemon with a wicked grin plastered on his face.

WILD FERROSEED APPEARED! [/style] Ferroseed || Male || Iron Barbs || Grass / Steel || Level 10 Tackle || Harden || Rollout || CurseFerroseed's eyes narrowed to slits in an surge of angry glee at doing harm to the human as he drove it back. It wasn't a lot, but his opponent was only a human, and couldn't possibly withstand the pain that his Rollout attack would have inflicted upon that frail pink body. And he had spikes! That made it even worse. The battle was as good as won already, especially if the fluffy Pokemon was too cowardly to fight to protect its Trainer.
Falling back to the trusty earth, Ferroseed began to spin and roll back the other way, expecting the human to flee before he even turned to make another run at him... but when he got the distance he needed and turned again, the human was still there. And sparking! That wasn't right! The only sign of his immense shock as as lines of blue electricty arced from the human's body straight toward him was the almost comical widening of his eyes. Then he found himself stricken. His spinning body faltered, slowing as his muscles twitched. It wasn't completely unlike the feeling his Harden had given him, but more painful, and it made him feel more open.
However, his body was of steel, and he had more ability to fight off Electric attacks that other Pokemon. The paralysis effect was already working its way deeper into his spherical form, but he still retained enough awareness to begin a somewhat slowed version of a ROLLOUT. It got him just far enough out of the way of the blue energy ball that he avoided a direct hit. Instead he caught the very edge of the attack, and was picked up and flung into the air toward the human that had thrown it at him.
In mid air, Ferroseed's rapid spin studdenly stalled as the paralyzing Thunder Wave took effect, leaving him flying toward his attacker in a downgraded TACKLE, until he could regain control of his body.

Solo watched with amusement as his Thunder Wave hit the Ferroseed head on. The blue electricity making contact, and thus making it easier prey for him to capture. His Dragon Rage attack while it didn't connect all the way still caused some damage, and launched the pokemon into the air where it started to roll again. However in the middle of it's attack it stopped rolling as the Paralysis took hold, and locked its body. Solo easily dodged the incoming attack by stepping to the side. Hoping to cause it to crash into the ground he was going to finish this thing off with one blow. His blue eyes glittering with a savage delight. Opening his mouth he began to charge a golden energy.
It took the form of a golden ball in his mouth, and with a mighty roar he launched the energy at the pokemon. Hyper Beam was a very powerful move, and a move that he considered his signature move. It was immensely powerful, and if it didn't KO the pokemon then he would send in his pokemon Swablu to finish it off. He already had a pokeball in hand, and after his attack ceased he launched it at the Ferroseed. Hoping that his Hyper Beam connected so that he could catch this thing. "Either join me, or get blasted into oblivion.." he said to the pokemon in a cruel voice.

WILD FERROSEED APPEARED! [/style] Ferroseed || Male || Iron Barbs || Grass / Steel || Level 10 Tackle || Harden || Rollout || CurseThe paralyzing effect of the Thunderwave that the human had opened with had done its work well. Ferroseed had his rollout turned into a simple tackle... which was dodged. Dodged with so much ease that the spiky little seed literally shook with irritation at the human and himself. Barely shook. He was paralyzed after all. It was only momentum that kept him rolling along the ground after the human stepped out of the path of his tackle, and fortunately, it brought him into hard and abrupt contact with a the remnant of a long fallen and removed tree. The jolt of the impact was just what Ferroseed needed to snap his body out of the frozen state it was in, and using his spikes, he crawled up the side of the stump and spun around atop it to find the human again.
...What was that light?! It felt of pure power, and Ferroseed knew that if he didn't do something to stop the gathering of those energies, he was done for. The stump was pulverised beneath his spikes as he spun himself into another ROLLOUT and then shot toward the human.
It was too late.
He didn't even have time to swerve from the path of the brilliant, blinding beam of golden power. His skin was thick like few other Pokemon would ever have, but not even it could hold up under an attack of that strength. It slammed into him, burned and beat, then swept him up in it's path, throwing him away with such force that he was embedded into the side of a tree. Ferroseed could barely hear the words the human used for his deadly ultimatium, and didn't see the Pokeball until it hit him and he was sucked away.
Wriggle... wriggle... wriggle... wriggle...
~*PING*~
Ferroseed is captured!
Indicate in next post if you're continuing... and pwease don't Hyperbeam all my 'mons. It hurts!

He watched as the pokeball he launched wiggled for a few moments, and then it all of a sudden stopped, and with a definitive ping he knew he had captured a new pokemon. Walking over to the site of his capture he picked up the red, and white ball, and clipped it to his belt. He wasn't going to use this pokemon any time soon. It was still weak from his attacks. It didn't take long for Draca to come from the skies, and perch on his shoulder. She knew what had happened, and he smirked as they continued on their treck to find even more pokemon. He would use those pokemon to destroy his enemies.
(lets keep going)

WILD PURRLOIN APPEARED! [/style] Purrloin || Male || Limber || Dark || Level 9 || Scratch || Growl || Assist ||High above the forest floor, Purrloin lay flat against a wide tree branch that the sun managed to fight through the leafy ceiling and hit perfectly. It was a lovely spot at that time of day, and little could so much as make him lift his head from his paws until the sun passed too far across the sky for the rays to reach his branch. Almost nothing could force him to move. Not that pretty female Purrloin from earlier, not that irritating Pidgey who'd Gusted a little too close and been sratched for it, and not the earlier echo of something exploding not too far away.
Until it came, all blue and fluffy white. And it pushed every single one of the normally lazy Pokemon's predatory buttons. Purrloin was on all four feet in a flash, peering over the edge of his branch as a human and the Fluffy passed beneath. The human was stupid, with irritatingly bright hair, and could be ignored. The Fluffy was his target... and he licked his lips in anticipation before leaping down several branches and turning to face the Trainer and Pokemon with a Growl.
His tail lashed eagerly behind him, and he smiled. Give him a reason. Give him any reason.

As they walked around, the new pokemon clipped on his belt, and Draca perched on his shoulder they heard a low growl. Turning around they saw a purple looking cat growling at them. It didn't take long for Solo to realize that this wanted a fight. Figuring that Hyper Beam had tired him out a bit even if he couldn't feel it, he would let Draca dispatch of this pokemon. "Draca your up!" he said, and watched as she looked at him. Draca wasn't one for violence that was why she had flown away when her trainer began fighting earlier. A sweatdrop fell from her face as she shakily flew towards the battlefield. She was very nervous, and the purple cat did nothing to calm her nerves.
"Draca Ice Beam lets go!" he commander her, and he watched her. She really didn't wanna fight, it wasn't in her nature, but she knew that she had to do something otherwise this cat thing was probably going to eat her. A light blue ball of energy formed in front of her beak, and she opened her mouth, and light blue beams of energy zigzagged towards her opponent. If it hit, it had a chance to freeze her opponent as well, and then maybe she wouldn't have to fight it. Solo pleased with his pokemon obeying him grinned revealing his razor sharp teeth. "Alright Draca one more Ice Beam!" he commanded her like a general would command his army.
Once again a light blue ball of energy formed in front of her beak, and when she opened her mouth, more of the blue beams shot towards her opponent. If either of these attacks hit they would hopefully deal out a bit of damage to the strange purple cat. Draca really didn't wanna fight, and she was so nervous that she was swaying from side to side in midair. She knew that her trainer wanted her to be brave, and strong, but she didn't know if she could do it.

WILD PURRLOIN APPEARED! [/style] Purrloin || Male || Limber || Dark || Level 9 || Scratch || Growl || Assist ||Oh yesssss... Purrloin hissed gleefully, eyes wide, and his tail began to flick twice as frantically as his excitement rose. The human was allowing him a chance at the Fluffy! How kind, "Puuuur." Wild, feline eyes tracked the blue and white Pokemon's movement across the sky, head jerking, paws flexing, his entire body trembling at the effort it took not to leap at the Pokemon too early and miss his chance at a good meal.
THERE! It stilled in the air and began to hover in place as it's mouth opened and began to gather energy for an attack. The air acquired a sudden icy quality, but Purrloin couldn't care less as he threw himself across the grass as fast as he could move, almost a purple blur. He GROWL-ed loudly to weaken the Pokemon as he approached, got almost completely beneath it, then crouched for the leap...
And found himself yelping as the space around his body was filled with twitchy blue beams of energy that frosted the tips of his fur until the beam moved to directly hit and throw him backward. He rolled away, collecting dirt and grass in his fur that stuck to the melting ice, but managed to catch himself and swing back onto his feet with an enraged yowl! Fluffy wasn't as weak as he'd thought!
He shivered, glaring up at his target, and tried to move as he saw another blue sphere begin to take form in it's mouth. He barely got a five feet in a second mad rush toward it when the next Ice Beam struck him head on, because his slowed, iced-over body couldn't dodge around it in time. Icy energy enveloped him, shoving him down instead of back like the first time, and the world around Purrloin gained a blurred quality as he suddenly found himself looking at it through an ice wall. He couldn't move an inch, and unconsciousness began to creep in as a black shadow at the corners of his vision.

Draca could hardly believe that she had managed to freeze the the purple cat in front of her. A small squeak of victory emitted from her beak as she was happy that she was doing so well. It wasn't her first battle, but she was glad that she was doing so well. All signs of nervousness from earlier had disappeared. That things Growl attack had lowered her physical strikes. So she only had to use her Ice Beams for the rest of this battle, And since she had frozen the thing once there was a good chance that she could do it again if it managed to get out. She was extremely happy as she waited for her Trainer to give her more orders.
Solo knew that even though it was frozen it was nowhere near weak enough for him to catch it. A few more attacks were necessary for the Purrloins strengths to finally reach its peak. "Draca give it two more Ice Beams." he said calmly with a gleam of malice in his eyes. As long as they didn't let that thing get close then this battle would be theirs for the taking. The Swablu charged the light blue energy at the tip of her beak, and then released the three beams towards the already frozen pokemon. Then when that beam was finished firing she charged up another one, and let it loose.
Hopefully those next two Ice Beams would cause enough damage to the frozen feline to allow him to capture it. He hoped...

WILD PURRLOIN APPEARED! [/style] Purrloin || Male || Limber || Dark || Level 9 || Scratch || Growl || Assist ||It was cold... oh it was soooo cold. Purrloin was barely able to focus enough in his icy prison to think the right way, it was only instinct that kept his claws shooting out and then retracting back into his paws. And far too slowly, it created the smallest of openings for him to begin a slow scratching at the inside of his ice cube. He had to get out before he fainted. He had to get out.
His darkening vision and the terribly blurred world through the walls of ice meant he was completely unaware of the third ice beam, not that he could have done anything about it if he had noticed. It struck- and the cage of frozen water shattered as the feline was blasted right out of it. Purrloin stuttered, and tried to find his enemy as he shook and dripped with freezing water, trying to gain a moment to recuperate with a strangled GROWL.
Again he was targeted with an ice beam, and he was thrown away, ripping up part of the ground he'd dug his claws into to keep upright. When he finally stopped, several feet away, he weakly lifted his head and peered into the eyes of the Human who ordered the Fluffy. He should have attacked that one first... "P-puuurl."
PURRLOIN IS AVALIABLE FOR CAPTURE!

Solo watched as both of Draca's Ice Beams smashed into the purple feline with enough force to break the icy prison that it was in, and then knock it across the ground. Watching it Solo knew that the cat thing was done for. Taking out another pokeball he launched it at the weakened feline, and hoped that it would be captured. If it didn't then he would just blast it with another Ice Beam, and be done with it. Though he figured that it would be safe to recall his beloved Draca. Taking out her pokeball he watched as the beam of red light shot out, and engulfed her form. She returned to the red, and white ball for a rest as he watched the pokeball before him travel through the air.
