Percy is someone that you certainly wouldn't miss walking down the street. With jaw line length, dark blue hair, deep, cobalt blue eyes and a smile that could make even the stingiest of people smile back, Percy sees that he has a reason to be concieted. He does his best to keep himself fit - well toned under pale skin - working out and running to keep his appeal... both personal and to attract others - makes it easier to play with people.

In one ear, he has three piercings, a cuff and two, tight hoops. In the other, three tight hoops and two, round studs. He predominantly has two outfits he's seen in. In one, Around his neck, he wears three, loose leather choker straps that overlay eachother. A somewhat loose, long sleeved black shirt covers his top, a zip up, white vest over that. he compliments this with a pair of lighter colored, usually blue with a black pair of combat boots. Somewhere under that mess, he likes to keep a chain attached to his body via harness... he likes to attach it to things to hang while he does his spy work. As such.

The other outfit is a bit more promiscuous. He wears no shirt, only a blue camoflauge trench coat, zipped to cover only his chest. Over this, he wears a half harness, buckled in the front. Under the coat, he hides away a few layers of blades, ones he has made personally, mind you, for easy access... he enjoys throwing them around. With a pair of black pants on the bottom, tucked into black combat boots, wrapped in a light blue wrap - matching that on his hands. As such.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

★ POSITIVE:

• Confident;; The first thing anyone can, and probably will notice about Percy is his confidence. It leaks into nearly everything he does. Nothing gets his spirits down, even if he were to lose a limb, he'd still deny that his opponent would beat him. His confidence can lead him to be a bit thick in the head, but he doesn't see that as a problem. Though, his confidence will probably, one day, lead him to a close call on his life... several times.
  
• Affable;; In all reality, Percy can be quite pleasent to talk to - especially since he never lets the darkest of things dim his attitude. He's out to cheer up his coworkers and friends, offering kind words if he thinks they need them. He has no issue talking with others either, the words flowing freely from his mouth. In fact, it seems that he prefers talking to others than sticking to himself... even if it is telling another how beautiful they will look strung up between two poles from their neck.
  
• Crafty;; He is, of all things, quite clever, though not always in a book smarts way. His cunning shines through when he's on the street. He can, and loves to use things in his surrounding to his advantage, if he puts a little bit of thougtht into it. Though he's not always so subtle, especially with his movements or words, he doesn't let that get in the way of more important things. Of all things, this seems to show through mostly with the use of his blades, he creates each one different from the other... if only so he knows to use them over others, just incase if he manages to lose one.
  
• Vivacious;; Percy has quite the lively attitude, despite his sadistic side. He seems to be happy, even bouncy at times - not a thing seems to ebb away at his attitude. Even in battle, he's as cheerful and teasing as ever, even daring to throw a flirt or two at his opponent if he so sees the opportunity. He's the happy sadistic type... he'll tell you that you're about to explode in a sing song voice with the sweetest smile on his face.
  
• Tenacious;; The boy never gives up. Even if you were to beat him to a pulp, he would do his best to come back. In mind, strength and soul - he's worked hard to keep himself afloat, despite the events. Though he's not the biggest fan of the motives of his higher ups, he works his best to adhere to them, no matter what others say, he won't allow himself to be swayed. Even in his search for the things he wants the most... he won't stop until he finds them, firmly believing "until death so derails him".
  
• Quick;; One of the things that Percy uses to his greatest advantage is the ability to be a quick thinker and learner. He enjoys observing the movements of his opponents and learning their battle strategies, working things around to formulate a strategy to work against them. Though, it's not just learning and thinking that makes this useful. He's prompt in the things he does, not procrastinating one bit. Whether it be paperwork, a job to do or what have you, he does it the moment he gets it... maybe with some time spent flirting before hand.
  

★ NEGATIVE:

• Insolent;; Of all things, one could easily notice that Percy is quite impudent in his words when he's not flirting. He doesn't hold his tongue or regard for others. He can actually be quite contemptuous while being sweet, saying how much he hates your guts as if he were telling a lover that he loved them with his entire being. If he doesn't like you... you'll know.
  
• Perverted;; To all levels, Perseus is flirtatious, reguardless of the situation. He flirts with everyone, of every gender, of every alignment - it doesn't matter if you're his best friend or his worst enemy. He also gains sexual excitement from the strangest of things... whether it be from winning a fight and seeing his opponent cower before him, or something more simple than someone sexy walking next to him. He's learned to ignore these sexual feelings and their effects... but there are some times where he just likes to make them known... for good shits and giggles.
  
• Conceited;; Percy thinks quite highly of himself... in all honesty, in his mind, he's better than you. No room for arguments. On occasion, and very rarely, does he think someone is better than him... and when he thinks that, he strives to become better. This makes him quite haughty with the way he speaks, his pride blatantly shows in the words and tone he uses... even going so far as to show off his self-importance through specific deeds and actions.
  
• Dauntless;; The boy seems to have no fear, often taking leaps of great faith. Whether it be a stupid, life risking action or diving head first into a fight with someone he knows is stronger, he'll take it without a second thought... and with a happy smile. Things that would strike fear into the hearts of others don't seem to faze him at all. He could be considered to be brave to a point of stupidity... it may get him killed one day.
  
• Rash;; He makes decisions without a second thought - lacking caution or deliberation. He doesn't like to take his time, unless if he's decided to be sadistic with his "job", and he often prefroms his tasks with haste. • Vengeful;; Perseus is... quite vengeful. He doesn't let things go easily. Whether it be in a violent, hateful manner or you've done something to him, without realizing it, sexually... he feels it all needs to be repaid, and he'll make sure to do it swiftly... and quite boldly. • He seems to have an afinity for electricity, anything electrical he's drawn to it like a magnet.

H I S T O R Y

• Born to an average, middle class family, Percy had a pretty normal life. He attended school, made good grades, had, for what he saw, some pretty decent friends, got involved with sports and did what every guy does - flirt... even if it was with everyone and everything. The only thing that seemed odd about his family, was that his father is a Gijinka, legal, mind you, while he and his mother were human. While his mother showed fear of Gijinka, she reamained loyal to her husband - she loved him, and in turn, he helped her to cope with her fear. Percy displayed no good nor bad feelings toward this, in fact... he seemed to ignore it.
  
• His father was a metal smith, his trade dealing in creating blades, arrows and bullets for the company known as epispect. He, nor his wife, really agreed with the compan and their motives, but they had saved his life when he had caught the virus those years ago, around when Percy was first born. He wanted to be there for his son as he grew up, so he went through the proceedure. In turn, since he couldn't fully pay off the bill, he offered his goods in trade. Until his bill was paid off, he recieved no money in return... it was only after then that the company payed rather nicely for his goods.
  
• At the age of fourteen, Percy's family was attacked - a local group of Epispect haters had found out what their source of income was, and retalliated. In turn, their home was burned down, their equipment and belongings destroyed and his father wounded in the struggle to protect his family, as he was the only one who really could, a couple of the assulters being Gijinka themselves.
  
• Seeing as their main source of weaponry income had been destroyed, Epispect needed to find a solution to this. They offered to house him and his family in protected, Epispect housing so long as he continued to make his goods for them. Of course, his pay would be cut in turn to pay for this housing, but they would be given enough to buy what they needed... maybe a little more.
  
• Percy, however, was not impressed by the rebellion against their family... and he hated the people who did it... and everyone associated with them. He wanted revenge. He needed a way to do that. Of course, he too was a metal smith like his father, ane enjoyed making self-centeric items - weapons, acessories and other items. He was skilled with them too, especially being since he created them with himself and his talents in mind. He knew what to do.
  
• At the age of Eighteen, to where he could get the transfusion without parental concent, Percy offered his body and spirit to Epispect, offering to work for them. Seeing as he was the son of the man supploying them with the majority of their weaponry, they accepted him in with the majority of the payment laid before them right away, the rest to be made with cuts to his paycheck as he served them, Perseus became a Gijinka, like his father - the one thing he would need the most to defeat the people who tried to destroy everything he had... everything he was. All he needed to do was to find them.
  
• Though, revenge wasn't his only motive... he enjoyed sneaking around, following exciting people and meeting them... It was something he wanted to do... and his partners in crime, so to speak, were some of the most interesting people he had ever met. He would enjoy his employment. Greatly.
