Some people liked to wander around in the dark. Maybe they liked the privacy, maybe they liked the way they could blend with the shadows. While most people tended to stick to daylight those that favored the dark sometimes managed to find a sort of beauty to it. After all, everything really came to life in the dark, just in a different way.
It was night when Leda Fitch entered the Underground Tunnels. She was aided by only a flashlight to light her way. Even then it did not do much as it was rather old and starting to loose its power. Soon enough it would go out and she would be stuck trying to find her way out with no light at all unless she got out before then. So she planned on making her visit to the area quick, despite her liking the dark she had no wish to be totally at its mercy.

WILD CHARMANDER APPEARED! [/style] Charmander || Female || Blaze || Fire || Level 7 Scratch || Growl || Ember Tonight had not been a good night for one young Charmander so far; not only had she strayed away from the more familiar parts of the tunnels in search of a meal she never managed to find, but also managed to run into a whole colony of Zubat, none of which appreciated her intrusion into their domain. So they chased her off, screeching and biting until she managed to shake most of them, but by that point the little orange lizard was so frightened that she just kept on running. Her tail, ever aflame at its tip, tossed strange and frightening shadows onto the wall, and she feared and fled from those as well in hopes of finding some familiar place, a corner of the catacombs where she could stop and catch her breath without being scared out of her mind.
What she found instead was a human girl. Or, rather, she tripped right into her after catching her foot in a crack on the floor, which sent her tumbling straight into the Delcatty gijinka’s chest, mumbling quiet apologies in between sobs of fear and frustration before she even had time to completely right herself. Even her tail’s flame, usually burning bright in the dark labyrinth of her home, was now small and sheepish-looking as she tried to make sense of what was happening now, all the while mentally berating herself for so rudely bumping into someone. “C-char char!” I-I’m so sorry!
