Weigh In occurs every Monday, hopefully in the morning, to obtain practical information. Exercise will occur everyday outside of classes for at least one hour plus stretching and other activities. On Weekends and whenever else I feel like it, there will be biking as well as my normal hour walk/run. Daily Routine: Ideal Routine - Work up to this StretchingFive Sets of Pushups (10) Five Sets of Crunches (15) Five Sets of Jumping Jacks (20) Three Sets of Planking (3:00 minutes) Run/Walk (~1:00 hour) Bike Trip down Asquith Highway to Graveyard ( Weekends Only) Things to Do- Buy some weights? - Find our ankle weights and run with those.
