The first thing you would notice about Ashley is probably her impossibly long hair, that cascades down her back like a waterfall, all through to the end of her waist, just before her bottom. Because the fringe tends to get in the way however, Ashley prefers to tie them up with her red, belled ribbon, gifts from her mother before she passed away. They had been given to her by her elder brother when she turned five, and Ashley's never been without them since. Her height is nothing impressive, but it does make her look slightly impish, and when you couple that with her large, night blue eyes, you would think this little monkey could do nothing wrong. But mother always says to not get fooled by appearances.
Preferring white and red, she tends to be seen often in those colors, more often then not paired with denim shorts, or fluffy clothing in the winter. Her skin is porcelain white, for Ashley had been sickly even as a child, and as such has never been allowed out of doors much. Because of that, she has not much muscle (if any) to speak of, but she does try to compensate for that by being as optimistic as can be, and a smile can often be seen curling her lips whenever you see her.

★ OVERALL PERSONALITY:
First glance, you would always see happy, quite optimistic and always willing to try out new things or anything that fascinates her really. you could probably equate ashley to something of a curious kitten, all game to try out the new world, as long as she was given the chance. Optimistic and charismatic, she could literally befriend anyone, and never lets a tough attitude bring her down. Ashley's the type of girl to believe in the good in everyone, the silver lining in every cloud, and it takes quite a lot to get her down or sad. she believes in living for the moment, and doesn't quite like letting life get the best of her. Slightly competitive and always playful, she enjoys games and just playtime in general, but can be quite the sore loser, sulking when she places anything but first. She doesn't keep grudges though, and forgets them easily.
However, you would occasionally see Ashley not being her usual, more hyperactive and exuberant self. This is not due to her feeling sad, but simply because Ashley's body can't keep up with her activity. Born premature, and with her umbilical cord crushing her trachea and lungs, she had been barely saved as a baby, but since then never really got better. Her breathing is shallow, and her skin paler and more sallow then the world. She loses her breath fast, and has never known exercise or sports, simply because it endangers her to do it. However, Ashley's never let that get her down though, and continues to live life as she likes it.

H I S T O R Y
- Born right after the virus was stabilized and controlled, ashley was a premature baby. Her mother had been weak after delivering her elder brother, but Ashley proved to be the breaking point. Born early, and with her umbilical cord strangling her, it had been a race to save both mother and daughter. But whilst Ashley was saved by the skin of her ungrown teeth, and placed in an incubator, her mother could not be saved.
- Her father and elder brother are incredibly overprotective over her, and over the years has next to never let Ashley out of their sights. With her weakened health, their constantly fussing over her and everything she does. She did manage to sneak out a couple of times though, to simply go explore or be on herself for a few hours without someone hovering over her shoulders at all times.
- When Ashley was five, and her brother ten, her father contracted the virus. They had been pretty well off then, with her father working for Epispect, so he had been turned in to a Kadabra gijinka. Because of that though, Ashley has never understood the animosity between gijinka and humans. She's had enough proof with her own father, that while being a gijinka did change some aspects of one's life, her father's love for her never changed, and that was enough for her.
- Eventually, Ashley decided to go and study to be a nurse and healer instead of being a trainer. Partly due to her family's reluctance at letting her out on her own, but also partly because Ashley did genuinely like looking after people. She graduated from training school at seventeen, and have been working at the Pokemon Centre’s ever since.
