WILD STUNKY APPEARED! [/style] Stunky || Female || Stench || Poison / Dark || Level 5 Scratch || Focus Energy || Poison GasBig, innocent eyes focused on the human girl's face with such intensity, it might actually have been somewhat intimidating. Stunky's day had completely turned around! If the girl who offered her a treat- oh! "Stunnnky!" Treat! The Pokemon mainly known for it's smelly Poison moves in the forest found the Poketreat again and pulled it over to her with a quick swipe of the paw. Later, she'd eat it later. Right then, she wanted to focus on the human, who was petting her! Petting! Oh and it felt soooo good. "Stuuuuun," She arched up into the girl's hand.
Despite her smell, her fur wasn't at all dirty. In fact, she was very particular about the cleanliness of her coat, and took the time to manage it every time she woke after sleep, or after a fight with one of the other forest denizens. She was glad the human appeared to be appreciating it. She was being spoken to again, but Stunky barely heard it as she allowed herself to fall even deeper under the spell that hand was weaving as it ran through her fur. Wonderfullll- "Stuuuuunky."
It wasn't the human's continued compliments that pulled her from her happy daze, though those did help of course. It was the strange smell Stunky suddenly caught as she became familiar with the scent of the female, much the same way her own odor was becoming more easy to withstand. Unfortunately, beneath the girl's scent, there was something else, something worrying. Blood?! That metallic taste on her tongue, oh yes she knew it well. The pretty, kind, human girl was injured. Wide eyes found the human's, and they glimmered as the pink human face smiled back down at her. Making her feel better despite the pain she must be in?
Immediately the Pokemon hoped to her feet and began to circle and sniff at the the girl from every angle. There was blood there somewhere. It was faint, but it was there. She'd find it, and then make the girl feel better! And then maybe track down the one who'd made the sweet human bleed and make it pay. That was worth disheveling her fur again for. "Stun, stunn, stunnnn!"

I am confident but I still have my moments BABY, THAT'S JUST ME [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true]
Stunky was so cute! The smell only continued to dissipate the more the pokemon was out in the open air, and she chuckled when it began to arch its back and act completely adorable. It was such a pleasant change from the gligar she had captured! Why couldn't all pokemon be so friendly? Stunky was pretty awesome. She still wondered why it had been so sad, though...
Stunky went from looking like she was in heaven, to being upset. Raine couldn't figure out why. One instant, the pokemon was snuffling around the back of her, and the next it was at her arm...where faint dots of blood seemed to be. Oh...the poison stings! Where they'd hit her, there were little bleeding marks. Was it actually upset about those? She had forgotten about them, until now.
"It's okay, Stunky. I got these battling gligar, but I won and they don't hurt that much!" She reassured it, and then went into her bag and pulled out a kleenex, wiping the blood away, dabbing at the little wounds. Her backside would have to simply do without, for now. She took out a little tube of the equivalent of polysporin or neosporin, and rubbed a bit over the spots where the skin had been broken. Poison stings were worse if they actually poisoned. She'd been lucky in that she had only been injured a bit, and didn't have to waste any supplies on herself. Those were meant for her pokemon, when they needed them.
"I'll be okay, so don't worry," she told it, patting it gently on the head, and sitting down now so she could test her backside a little. Well, it did kind of bear a stinging sensation. But nothing too horrible. It would be nice if she didn't get too wounded out here. She did have potions just in case, though. She was more interested in why Stunky had been so worked up. Was she...worried about her? If so, that was incredibly sweet! She smiled, hoping to have reassured the pokemon that she was really and truly okay.
"I'm surprised you don't have a trainer of your own, Stunky! Have you ever met people before?" It seemed as though the mostly purple pokemon had because it wasn't at all fearful of her. Not even wary, just seemingly happy as could be. Some humans were not so nice, and she was hoping Stunky hadn't encountered any of them. After all, she was adorable. Raine began to be of a mind that she wouldn't mind having a pokemon just like her. Sweet, and yet she sensed Stunky was probably tough, too.

WILD STUNKY APPEARED! [/style] Stunky || Female || Stench || Poison / Dark || Level 5 Scratch || Focus Energy || Poison GasBlood blood and blood, there, there and there. It wasn't anything new to Stunky's nose, she was a Pokemon after all. But she rarely got as angry over the scent as she was right then. RAGE! Inward of course, she didn't want to frighten off the heavenly human girl with the magical hands, but... oh yes. She would track down the Pokemon who'd attacked this one, and destroy it. The human wasn't angry... Stunky would be angry on her behalf.
Stunky tilted her head quizzically when the girl began to heal herself. Stunky had just been about to start the licking. It was the least she could do after all. How was that white thing supposed to work? All it did was take away the smeared droplets of metallic blood and lingering traces of poison. Oh... medicine. Stunky sneezed violently, having moved her head a little too close to the jelly-like substance. "Stuuuun," It was terrible. Pokemon healing wasn't anything like that. She lifted a paw to scratch at her tingling nose.
A hand came down on her head and Stunky melted again, then rose to her toes and then hind feet to follow the warmth of the hand as it was lifted. Oh- the human was going to sit with her! How nice. "Stun! Stuuun!" No, Stunky hadn't met many humans. Or any really. Sure, she'd seen some, but generally they were uninterested, or they moved away from her and her smell. But she was a friendly Pokemon, and always had been. She'd just never been given the chance to show it.
OOC: I just love my little emotionally unbalanced Stunky, even though this post was crappy. Oh, and since I really don't see Stunky here fighting you, I was thinking of adding in a new Pokemon next post- just lemme know in your OOC notes if you want one.

This stunky was absolutely adorable, and she would have loved for it to come with her. It seemed to be really smart, too! It was watching her when she spoke with intent eyes, and seeming to reply, in its own pokemon language. She really did like it. She still didn't know why it had been sad, though. So, she continued petting it. It was a nice feeling and the little purple and white pokemon seemed to be enjoying it. The soft fur felt nice, and getting to just relax with the pokemon after the battle with that gligar was also nice.
She knew that she had five pokeballs, and needed to consider using them well. She had caught gligar because it had attacked her, mostly. It didn't feel right to just leave it there all beat up like it had been, and besides tough pokemon were good, right? Still, she liked stunky far more. This was the kind of pokemon she wished she could find all the time. Friendly, smart and a pokemon she could picture working with to achieve what they both wanted, and a good relationship!
She wondered how many other pokemon were going to appear today, and then thought she heard something. It was unlikely that it was a person, though not impossible. She'd come here looking for pokemon. There were supposedly a lot of them in the forest. She glanced at stunky--it probably could hear it too, that noise, off to the side by the tree line. If it was a not so nice pokemon like gligar had been she would be more than willing to protect stunky. She didn't want it getting hurt, it was so sweet! She would have been surprised to know it was so angry that she had been hurt herself. And probably more surprised to see how ferocious the friendly pokemon could be when angry.
She put a hand on its head, feeling quite protective of it herself. If it was a mean pokemon, it had best leave this friendly little one alone. She wasn't going to let anything hurt such a nice pokemon. Still, she didn't know if it wasn't another nice one, and watched carefully to see if anything would appear. [/style]

WILD STUNKY APPEARED! [/style] Stunky || Female || Stench || Poison / Dark || Level 5 Scratch || Focus Energy || Poison GasFor once, that magical hand did nothing to sooth the happy little Stunky, and she pulled away from it to eye the surrounding foliage cautiously. She'd heard a sound. And the sound of a Pokemon in the forest who didn't immediately reveal themselves usually meant a predator of some sort. Oh no! Stunky turned worried eyes up to the face of the girl she already considered her new human companion. What if her attacker had followed her?! "Stuun!" She warned the girl protectively, who had also heard the sound of an approaching, or hiding, Pokemon. The Hand came down on her head, and once again Stunky pulled away from it.
She needed to be ready to fight, and that warm appendage reduced her body to Ditto-like jelliness. Stunky bounced a foot away from the human girl and turned one way, then the other, looking for movement in the green. A low angry warning left her lips, "Stuuuuuuuunky!" She'd just made a friend, and would let nothing hurt her. In a complete reversal from just a little while ago, she hoped the other Pokemon would stay away, as they always did.
WILD JOLTIK APPEARED! [/style] Joltik || Male || Swarm || Bug / Electric || Level 6 String Shot || Leech Life || Spider Web || Tunder WaveTry as they might to see him, Joltik was far too tiny a Pokemon to spot right away, especially at a distance and hidden by leaves. He might not have been the best fighter, but using his size to his advantage meant that he rarely went hungry. His meals never saw a thing. But sometimes they did feel him. Having just been Scratched free from the side of a passing Meowth, the source of the noise, he was now looking for a new meal. How lucky was he, that, after regaining his sense of direction after that dizzying Scratch, that there were two likely sources of energy just over the nearest bush.
Joltik needed a closer look, so as the Stunky and human continued to look low, eyes searching for the source of the noise that was the departing Meowth, the half Bug-type pulled himself into the tree tops with a tiny expelled thread of a weak SPIDER WEB, and then hopped and crawled across an inch thin branch to a point over their heads. They would do nicely. Furry and long-haired, either one of them would generate enough static to keep him going for a long while.
With that in mind, he quickly got to work and anchored himself to the branch with another SPIDER WEB, and then leapt from the tree. Joltik's thread was invisible to all who weren't in precisely the right spot, and he expected no trouble as he fell further and further, swinging gently in the wind and trying to aim for the taller form, the human with the thick hair. Even if they happened to look up, they were unlikely to see the tiny speck that Joltik was.

She already implicitly trusted the sweet, lovable little poison and dark type. So when she looked into her eyes with a worried sort of tone accompanying her next vocalization, Raine became alert and concerned, too. It certainly did not help that Stunky then growled out what sounded like a warning. Something was there, and whatever it was...stunky had noticed it.
Suddenly, something touched her hair. She had a fleeting image of a combee who'd done that to her not too long before her battle with gligar. She instantly dodged to the side, at the ready, and the joltik whom she'd been forewarned about became apparent. Raine didn't like most bug type pokemon. Joltik, though, was deceptively cute--until it became the next evolutionary stage. She forgot the name of it, but she remembered what it looked like. Had this joltik been trying to attack her? If it hadn't been for Stunky, it would have succeeded, if that was its aim. She suddenly shot a worried glance at the pokemon beside her. If this joltik meant to hurt them, she wouldn't let it get to stunky!
She decided to take precautionary measures. She didn't want to hurt the pokemon just in case it had been entirely innocent and accidental. Again, though, she trusted stunky's judgment on it more than her own. She quietly threw up a Light Screen to protect her and her little purple and white friend, and then without further ado, sent out a Thunderwave. It might have been an electric type, like she was, but it was part bug. It was not immune to that move, to say the least. Plus, it wouldn't see it coming. It was harder to avoid something you didn't know was happening. If she could paralyze it, she could see its intentions better. Stunky would help her with that, she was sure. If it didn't have good ones...she was not against capturing it.
She smiled reassuringly at stunky, and gratefully, only briefly looking away from the pokemon to do so, and keeping a wary eye on the joltik all the while. She knew better, now, than to look away from it. It might not be paralyzed, and might attack her. Or worse, stunky.
"What do you want?" She asked the joltik, folding her arms over her chest. She was ready for a fight, if it was after one. She'd prefer it not be, but there wasn't a guarantee on it. [/style]

WILD STUNKY APPEARED! [/style] Stunky || Female || Stench || Poison / Dark || Level 5 Scratch || Focus Energy || Poison GasStunky had been expecting the Pokemon to come from the forest, where her sharp ears had tracked the movement of sound. And it had sounded to be moving away. The last thing she had expected was the sudden movement behind her from her precious human, signifying a danger already in their midst. "Stuuun!" The dual-type spun on her heels to find the attacker, eyes darting from side to side... Where was it? She didn't see anything. Was it invisible?! Was it a Ghost?! Those types visited sometimes. She didn't like them.
Her human's attention to a single spot in the air finally clicked in her mind, and more carefully, Stunky followed the line of the girl's sight, trying to see what it was that her new friend was seeing. That... speck? "Stuuun?" She crept closer to to it as it stopped shaking, fur bristling as she saw a moving limb. "Stunnn!" It was a Bug! Should she attack it? It was so... tiny. And her human didn't seem very afraid. Stunky's head turned between the human and the Bug.
The sudden tossing of a Thunder Wave had her starting, a bark of alarm released into the air. Seeing the possible beginning of a battle, she leapt beneath the little Bug-type and began to sigh out the smallest amount of POISON GAS that she could manage. That would take care of it right? Without hurting her human?
Stunky did not expect the writhing mass of string that clamped her mouth shut, cutting her attack short, and then bound her paws together. She could do naught but struggle and roll across the dirt, helpless to protect the one she hoped would take her from the forest and pet her every single day.
WILD JOLTIK APPEARED! [/style] Joltik || Male || Swarm || Bug / Electric || Level 6 String Shot || Leech Life || Spider Web || Tunder WaveOh! He missed! Joltik's tiny squeak was short as he had to cling tight to his thread, swinging like a pendulum and spinning like a top in the wake of air created by the quick and unexpected dodge his future meal had made. When he finally gained control of his movement, he spun slowly, extremely dizzy, and had to wait for his vision to clear before he was sure he was looking at the girl... who was looking right back at him. He squeaked again in barely audible frustration that he'd been found out as he clung to his invisible web, and then tilted a tiny yellow head at the pink human, now at eye level. If one looked close enough, they might even have seen the tiniest of little pouts. What was he to do now? He was hungry! He was always hungry.
He missed the brief flicker of a rising shield of light as he was spinning before, but the feel of a Thunder Wave would have been unmistakable even if it had also been invisible. Static broke across his tiny little form, unexpected, but far from unwanted. He shivered violently at the end of his thread as his tummy became almost instantly full, as if he'd been buried in the coat of a Mareep for a week. A loud- for him- squeal of happiness sounded, even though his muscles began to spasm under the effect of the attack's Paralyzing effect. He didn't care!
He had to feed from the strange human now! She carried as much energy as any Electric Pokemon! It was heaven! ...Until the smell hit his nostrils, slamming his senses so violently he almost fell to the earth from his string right then. It was instinct that allowed Joltik to fall so that he pointed downward, and spray a stick white mess of web in a STRING SHOT attack that bound the purple smelly thing's mouth shut and then sealed it up in a complete cocoon. Any further smells it could release would only be sufffered by itself! Insect eyes turned back to the human girl... he wanted more of that energy now please.

Yet quite obviously, it did. She watched her new little friend trying with difficulty to decide whether to attack or not. However, the moment stunky seemed to decide, the mean little bug shot string all over her mouth and tripped up her paws! That just irked her. Stunky was incredibly sweet, and she meant to take stunky with her if the pretty poison-dark pokemon wanted to come! She didn't hesitate then, to attack again.
She used Swift. She needed something that would hit for certain, giving her that split second to scoop up stunky in her arms, and while undoing the sticky string--which was quite a pain, because it was like having to tear through sticky webs!--she used Agility. She was still struggling to undo the horrible, sticky webbing from stunky's paws. She would have to hold stunky until it was undone, and that hindered her a little. She didn't care. She wasn't going to leave the pokemon unable to even protect itself while she fought on.
She was going to have to play this more carefully. She had stunky to worry about as well as herself. She had moves that she could utilize to help them both, didn't she? And she could hold her weight. She knew she could beat this joltik like she'd beaten the gligar! Especially since stunky was here with her to give her extra reason to want to win. She readied herself, taking a deep breath, all the while tugging at the remainder of the string shot's webbing. There was no way she was letting joltik win this battle. No way. [/style]

WILD STUNKY APPEARED! [/style] Stunky || Female || Stench || Poison / Dark || Level 5 Scratch || Focus Energy || Poison GasStunky began a furious struggle in the web the moment she realized she was bound up in it and unable to help her wonderful human friend. The attack had been unexpected! Who'd have thought such a tiny Pokemon could produce so much of the sticky string, that stuck her ears to the sides of her head and interrupted her vision of the fight she could hear begin. Was her human safe?! She couldn't tell, and it made her fight all the harder, her loud squeaks of exertion as she rolled and tossed her body heard even through the muffling effects of the String Shot.
Oh! Something swept her up, and for a moment Stunky panicked as her stomach seemed to leap, as if she were moving really fast all of a sudden. Then she felt the beat of a heart, and through the sticky string, the warmth of magical human hands. "Stuu- stuuun!" She was barely able to squeak that out, asking the human to put her down and run, as string slipped into her mouth once opened and she had to spit it back out. Or, wait... Stunky sucked the string back in and began to gnaw. If her human wans't going to run, she'd just have to fight for her. It was slow going.
WILD JOLTIK APPEARED! [/style] Joltik || Male || Swarm || Bug / Electric || Level 6 String Shot || Leech Life || Spider Web || Tunder WaveConfident that he'd dealt with the smelly Stunky and could have the human all to himself, the last thing Joltik expected was for the human herself to be the bigger threat. A glowing stream of stars had erupted into being and were flying at him. Squeaking highly in fright, the little Electric Bug attempted to pull himself up on his thread, back to his branch and safety, but just couldn't move fast enough. The majority of the stars passed him right by... except one. And that one was enough. It struck, and Joltik was blown back, briefly blacking out from the force behind the attack. The only thing that kept him from being blown completely away was the thread he remained attached to, but when that was sliced by a second of the Swift stars, the tiny spider-like Pokemon fell to the earth, aching and sick feeling.
He wasn't so sure that his target had been a good one. Joltik couldn't hope to get a good meal now, he knew, as he picked himself up and shook, trying to regain his focus. But the Stunky at least wasn't likely to let him go. His vision finally ceased to blur, and Joltik raised his head to peer around himself, and wasn't at all happy. He hated being on the ground. Everything was bigger than he was, and he couldn't see! Where was the girl and Stunky?! He needed to get higher again.
Joltik's aim was shakey, so he didn't try for one of the thin branches high above. Instead he aimed his STRING SHOT toward the nearest tree. He quickly crawled over his invisible thread to the trunk, and himself in before turning his head out to find the girl. There! Oh, she was trying to free the Stunky! Well he couldn't have that. From the trunk, he turned himself around on the trunk, took aim, and with a squeak, a much thicker thread exploded from his deceptively tiny body. Halfway to the girl, the string abruptly expanded out into a SPIDER WEB, wide as a net for the both of them.
