Raine stands at 5'6", not too short but neither too tall. She has a toned and fairly slim build with fair skin. Her eyes are a vibrant, emerald green, with darker forest green on the outer iris and they appear to be the eyes of someone used to fighting for themselves. Her hair is usually mid back, but she keeps it styled up so that there are only long bangs framing her face. Her hair is a pale blond and she thinks it complimentary to have green rather than blue eyes, which tend to be more common when one has blond hair. She has a smaller nose and in appearance she is more 'cute' than pretty at this point. Time will tell which way that goes, however. She is pretty light on her feet and has a lot of stamina from running and jogging so much. She keeps herself in good shape. Her attire varies so much, it is hard to tell which style she fits into. She really loves the punker look, and it goes well enough with her since most of her friends are boys and she likes skateboarding and the like. But she can also be found in any type of style clothing, as long as the outfit is spruced up and looks good. She likes shorter skirts and will wear her school uniform without complaint. She seems to like clothing of all styles ans sorts which makes it really flexible for her and diverse.

Raine is pretty darn adaptable. This shows in a lot of areas of her life, from her style of clothing to her choices of friends. She is not really in the popular crowd but she has friends from there. She's not in the goth, emo, geek or any crowd. She has friends from every walk of life and prefers it that way. She dresses in any style at any given time and really appears to be having fun with it. She doesn't like conflict and will usually be the one stepping up to offer a solution to an argument or play the mediator. She's known for having more guy friends than girls. She doesn't like drama, and there seems to be less of it with her male friends. She hasn't had a boyfriend for more than two months and while she isn't picky to a large degree, there are things she looks for and that have to be met if she considers dating someone. She has been on a lot of dates, but usually just casual dating. She never lacked for a partner to a dance or any social event. Having a lot of close male friends is good for that! Some girls are envious of all the guys that are her friends, but if any of them like her? She's pretty darn oblivious!
She tends to worry about other people's problems more than her own and is entirely unbiased in most things. She likes to try and treat everyone equally though she is very sharp with her words. Verbal judo is her strength, just like english is her major, so she's very good with words. She knows how to use them to help or in a battle of words and wits. No one would really think of trying to pick a fight with her, because there'd be far too many people who would seek revenge on her behalf, whether she knows this or not. Her guy friends have taught her how to fend for herself but she's not that big and a lot of it is pressure points or tactics used more for getting out of a fight than winning one. It probably would be closest to judo. In the streets of Aether, it's really best someone knows how to get away.
She loves running and is very into sports. She especially likes track and field, gymnastics--which she has taken since she was five years old--and volleyball, plus badminton. She is very active in extracurricular activities. She really doesn't like the cheer-leading squad, even though they have asked her on several occasions to join them since she is very good at flexibility and gymnastics. Yet she refuses politely every time, because most of the girls are quite drama-crazy and snobby. Instead she likes to concentrate on the sports where the people are all friendly and are in it to have fun. She can be somewhat competitive, yet she isn't a sore loser. She doesn't get a lot of free time. She volunteers at the local humane society, and she participates in sports, in the drama club, and other activities. When she does get free time, she is usually hanging out with friends and relaxing, going to see movies or to the mall to be a mall rat, or the like. She enjoys skateboarding and the guys have taught her a lot of neat tricks with it, too.
She is really diverse and tries to think before she speaks, but sometimes things get out. She can really be friends with any person, so long as they treat her as well as she treats them, so long as they aren't doing things that go against her grain. Usually she just lets people think and do what they want, so long as it doesn't interfere with her life, or her friends. She doesn't like to get involved in 'troublesome' situations. That's what she calls them, too. Troublesome, or annoyances. Why not just leave out all the drama and stupidity and let everyone just be? She does her thing, they do theirs. That's how she wishes the whole world would work. She carries a netbook around with her at all times, along with her iPhone and iPod. She loves technology, that's for sure. Plus she likes being able to connect wireless wherever she is. Texting is a favorite thing of hers, after all.

H I S T O R Y
- Born to a middle class family, she was an only child and spoiled, but her parents were constantly busy. So she made a lot of friends and kept busy with her social life.
- Well known for being compassionate, she still judges people based on certain things and is quick to let first impressions decide for her. She doesn't mind giving a lot in social relationships and is confident enough and doesn't let much get her down. She did decently in school but was a bit of a troublemaker at times, skipping some classes and playing pranks.
- She got the virus when she was thirteen, and was matched to a Raichu's DNA. She didn't know that her parents did it through black market means, getting a deal because it was a friend of the family. Instead of being upset or feeling different, she loved her new abilities, Raichu was always a pokemon she liked and she felt a lot more empowered with her new abilities. It made her more competitive than she had used to be, and a lot more daring.
- She had been debating being a pokemon breeder, but decided instead to be a trainer. After all, her abilities would let her go out and capture her first one, so she'd have a lot to choose from!
