he was entitled to a nap wasn’t he? after all the running he had to do to end up in this stupid place, levi figured he could take a rest. none of the guards ever seemed to look up here and if they did, the eighteen year old was always capable of running in the other direction. besides, he wasn’t doing anything wrong! there he was in the middle class district minding his own business when this crazy asshole had come out of nowhere and started ranting about how gijinka’s were the end of the world and that they should be worshiping arceus and blah blah blah. it had taken levi all of three seconds to dart away from the psychopath, his legs carrying him out to the power plant as he struggled to infiltrate and eventually climb up to his favourite spot, the roof.
but now that he was here laying under the sun everything suddenly seemed boring, that man had been the most exciting thing in his day and now that he was gone, levi was left with nothing to do. he supposed he could play tricks on some of the guards, that was always a good time – except that they didn’t entirely appreciate the small blonde pouncing onto them when they weren’t looking. it wasn’t his fault they weren’t prepared for it, they were just slow. the eighteen year old grinned to himself, amused as he rolled onto his tummy and wriggled his way to the edge of the roof, peering over to look for some unsuspecting victim.[/style] [STYLE=background-color: #111111; border: 5px solid #000000; font: 7pt courier; text-transform: uppercase; width: 345px; color: #ACACAC; margin-left: -3px; -moz-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; -o-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; -webkit-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px;]words 0411 :: tags arthur, mod :: notes keep it short bros :: made by prism![/style] |

[atrb=width,225px][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellpadding,0px,true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=background,http://i.imgur.com/WO7lj.jpg,true] | Arthur's eyes were a couple of bright green slits, narrowed under the sun, and focused with an intensity on the tall silent walls of the Electric Plant that should have had them bowing in submission or melting away. If they knew what was good for them. Those walls would not be standing in his way this day, nor would the heavy guard presence that remained completely oblivious to the threat the Plant's security. These two things had always made earlier ideas for breaking in and taking a look around a near impossibility. Getting caught hadn't been something he'd ever wanted to risk, having had too much love for his parents to want them to know of his extra curricular activites. Two years too late for that now. The embarassment was passed. Even better? He had an Abra!
The Forbidden air of the Plant wasn't the only thing that drew him back, two years later after supposedly giving up his criminal lifestyle. Or his own untameable curiosity. Arthur was a Trainer now, and as such, he needed new and powerful Pokemon. Abra would always have a special place in his heart, being his starter and so easy to converse with, and his Ghosts were a ridiculously entertaining lot. Unfortunately though, that block of four was creating a team imbalance, and it was time to address it.
The slight huff of breath released in a gentle snore through his hair, reminded Arthur of the present, and a smirk lifted into place as he reached up to lightly scratch at the head of Abra. As always, the fox Pokemon was using his fluffy head of blond locks as a pillow for his nap, sitting on his shoulders with a tail beneath the back neck of his human's shirt. "Ready to get us in then?"
There was no answer but a sudden loss of weight and a glimmer of light in the corner of his vision as his Pokemon vanished in a Teleport to somewhere unknown. Arthur wasn't worried, he knew that Abra was only taking a look around the building, so as to find some place safe to land the two of them. A Point B destination from their Point A. Seconds ticked by, and it was nearly half a minute before Abra reappeared in another glimmering white light on the ground by his feet, still walking foward as if he'd Teleported mid-step. A hand was held out to him, open and grasping.
Arthur stepped forward quickly, stretching out his own hand to grasp his little partner in crime. "Problems?" He questioned before their palms made contact.
<< Easy. >> Abra answered simply, with a hint of smugness. Arthur had to wonder if he was a corrupting influence on his Pokemon as he felt the Teleport take hold around them.
...Probably.
The world flashed white, and suddenly he was no longer surrounded the green foilage he'd hidden from the guards in. There was open sky, and the sun was warmer on his shoulders, and Abra had actually managed to drop them right next to the roof access door. "Nice," He complimented with an approving hiss. Amusement drifted across their mental link before Abra grabbed hold of his pants leg and began a surprisingly speedy scramble up his body and back to his blond hair pillow.
Arthur reached for the knob, ready to get exploring... then stopped as his ears caught the faintest sound of scraped gravel. Frowning, he stepped away from the door and tilted his body so he could see around the door and slanted walls. There was a boy there, on his stomach by the edge of the roof, looking over and very obviously not a guard. A wide grin split his face. Apparently he wasn't the only one with a good idea today. Might as well say hello.
The door was abandoned for now as Arthur started a creep across the top of the roof, as silent as possible. He wanted to get close enough to speak, and be heard by the boy, but not the guards below. Once there, he injected a gruff, adult disapproval into his voice and tried not to laugh as he began, "You aren't supposed to be here... don't move kid." |

with the sun high overhead, levi was at the point where he was just ready to go home for the day. it was boring as hell and no one seemed to be coming around to entertain him, not when they were all so stubbornly glued to their posts. all the boy really had to do was scramble up and over the wall, possibly use an ability if the guards spotted him, but other than that it was a cakewalk! of course the blonde only said that because he wasn’t in trouble yet, but that quickly changed when he heard a rather gruff voice behind him. the voice reverberated inside his skull, mentally cursing himself over and over again as he was frozen to the spot. every part of his body screamed for him to flee while he had the chance, but the poor boy didn’t know what to do. no one was supposed to be up here! how in the hell was he going to get off the roof in one piece?
fear ran through his body, chilling the jolteon gijinka to his very core. as much as the eighteen year old didn’t want to, he had no choice whatsoever with this escape plan. his fingers crackled with a light electric charge, squeezing his eyes shut as he tried to concentrate on the energy pooling within the pit of his stomach. levi couldn’t see behind him, but he was sure any attempt to fry the guard would be enough to scare them off... or distract them so he could run for dear life. he bit down on his lip, growling as he released a thunder attack, trying to hit whoever was behind him. panting heavily, the kid took his chance and scrambled to his feet before trying to make his escape off the roof. “you aren’t gonna catch me,” he yelled quickly, sure his outburst was going to attract more attention than what he needed.[/style] [STYLE=background-color: #111111; border: 5px solid #000000; font: 7pt courier; text-transform: uppercase; width: 345px; color: #ACACAC; margin-left: -3px; -moz-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; -o-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; -webkit-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px;]words 0411 :: tags arthur, mod :: notes keep it short bros :: made by prism![/style] |

[atrb=width,225px][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellpadding,0px,true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=background,http://i.imgur.com/WO7lj.jpg,true] | Arthur nearly lost all his willpower to keep the prank up when the boy at his feet froze to a near statue-like stillness. He'd meant to give the guy a start! Not make him piss himself. Oops. Well it'd still be fun. Despite the slight guilt stirring in his heart- accompanied by the faint dissaproval of Abra in his mind- he held his hysterical laughter back and hoped the kid would turn around soon so he could see the look on his face and relax his composure. Well that didn't happen. There was an odd sound, and a kind of flinch, and Arthur frowned, "Hey now-"
A raging cyclone of alarm rushed down the link he shared with Abra, and Arthur's eyebrows rose to his hairline as foreign fear coated every one of his own thoughts. << DANGER! >> He'd never heard his quiet, stoic little Psychic 'think' like that before! Abra's tail was beating against his back and there was a now tight grip on his hair from the fox-like Pokemon. Something was wrong! Every hair on his body suddenly did, or attempted to, stand on end, and a powerful acrid scent filled his nose and throat, making him choke softly in disgust.
"Abra...?" What the hell was going on? And did that boy just growl at-
CRACK!
The familiar void of Abra's Teleport enveloped him, but there were some definite differences he noticed this time. The normally clear field of white was tinted yellow. Two shaky breathes, and he was already stumbling as he and Abra remateralized twenty feet away on the roof. His body shook beyond his control, not too terribly, but enough to force Abra to leap off his neck so his Trainer could regain control of himself.
It was pretty obvious now what had happened, with the shaking, and the faint ringing in his ears, and that burnt hair smell. Ugh! He'd barely avoided a frying via Electric attack. "O-o-ooooh," Arthur breathed a laugh in incredulity, eyes wide on Abra. His arms and a leg twitched, but it was slowly becoming controllable as the charge wore off. Thankfully, he'd only caught the edge of the blast. "Good job."
His ears were clearing now, just in time to hear the shout of the boy, the Gijinka, who'd nearly fried him. It appeared Abra's emergency Teleport had took them ahead of the fleeing fellow trespasser of the plant. "Hey!" Arthur hissed waveringly, stepping several feet foward so he couldn't be missed, "Will you shut up before you get us caught?" He snorted, and sarcasm dripped from his voice as he continued, "And by the way, thanks the near electrocution." Some people. Absolutely no sense of humor. |

like hell he was going to stay here now! dear arceus, if the guards had figured out what he had done the eighteen year old would have been strung up by his thumbs and left to hang in some horribly dingy prison for the rest of his life. wasn’t there some adage that folk had used before the virus, ‘don’t drop the soap,’ or something along those lines? the boy got what they were hinting at and it definitely didn’t sound pleasant so the kid had more than one reason for wanting to get out of the electric plant relatively unharmed.
unfortunately for him, he hadn’t really been paying attention to his surroundings and almost ran smack dab into a towering figure that had mysteriously appeared in front of him. startled, the teen stumbled backwards and fell on his ass, staring up with large fearful eyes at the man in front of him. the teenager growled again, electricity sparking around him as the other’s words slowly began to register in his mind. this bastard was the one who had been standing behind him? the guy wasn’t even a guard! oh hell no, at this point the eighteen year old would have readily electrocuted him again for scaring the poor boy like that. “you’re lucky i don’t do it again, you asshole!” his words dripped with malice, ready to tear the male from limb to limb as he unsteadily pulled himself to his feet. “get out of my way, you freak. i’m leaving.”[/style] [STYLE=background-color: #111111; border: 5px solid #000000; font: 7pt courier; text-transform: uppercase; width: 345px; color: #ACACAC; margin-left: -3px; -moz-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; -o-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; -webkit-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px;]words 0411 :: tags arthur, mod :: notes keep it short bros :: made by prism![/style] |

[atrb=width,225px][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellpadding,0px,true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=background,http://i.imgur.com/WO7lj.jpg,true] | Not realizing that by stepping out, he'd be stepping into the other guy's way, Arthur was very glad that his would-be killer managed to stop himself and spare his still twitching body greater pain. He wouldn't have been able to get out of the way in time. It was like his legs and arms were still trying to decide if they were awake or sleep, and every time he attempted to take control over them, they'd jerk contrary to what his brain was ordering them to do. So, he was grateful. And that grateful feeling fled the second the guy started spouting off the insults, quickly replaced by growing irritation and incredulity.
"Freak!?" Arthur narrowed his eyes. One twitched, along with his left arm. "T-there's no n-need for that sort of name calling." His voice was rising and cracking as the remnants of electricity continued to work on him. He wondered if his location in the Electric Plant was slowing the process of recovery. The boy was sparking wildly, and Arthur took a wary step back, but just a step. He wasn't one who'd ever subscribed to the 'Human good, Gijinka bad' point of view of the masses, but the little live wire didn't have any room to be calling him a freak. He had never almost killed any-. Okay. Maybe there was some truth there. He really didn't mind.
"I just wanted to prank someone," Arthur continued, smiling a tad as his voice didn't shake out of his control that time. He was actually able to trap his arms under themselves by crossing, finally. Spikes of something that wasn't quite pinching pain nor pleasurable tingle sparked in his body every few seconds and he hoped they'd wear off next. "Not kill someone. What were you thinking?! You know, people who get caught by guards don't generally try to kill the guards. Seriously." He wasn't nearly as angry as another person would have been in his place, obviously, but that's who he was. And it wasn't entirely the fault of the Gijinka glaring at him. Not that Arthur would admit it. "Just... sorry though," In so many words.
The voices of the guards were quieting, but the human of the group on the roof wasn't sure if that was a good thing or a bad one. It could mean they'd given up, or assumed that it was an everyday fight between two ornery Electric-type Pokemon. Or they could be going into stealth mode in preparation to check the rooms inside and root them out. Arthur sighed, "I doubt either of us will be going anywhere until the guards- the real ones, the ones in uniforms- calm down though." Abra walked up beside his leg, one hand tangling in his trousers, but Arthur quickly thought negatively so that the Psychic wouldn't teleport them out.
He didn't want to leave yet, and wasn't about to be anyone else's safe ticket outside. But if the Gijinka didn't calm the hell down, Arthur might request his starter Teleport the kid into the middle of the Antebellum. Abra's amused approval spun out in his Trainer's mind. |

What kind of sick and twisted person did one have to be to get off by scaring others into thinking a guard had caught them? “Prank?” He growled softly, his voice starting to show hints of the teenager’s irritation. “That’s not a bloody prank, that’s trying to get yourself killed!” The eighteen year old continued, his voice getting more and more shrill with each word that he articulated off his tongue. Was this guy some sort of an idiot? Maybe if the eighteen year old gave him another shock it would connect a few synapses in the other’s head. Sure there was always the problem of killing him, but that seemed unlikely because that Abra of his had a ridiculous reaction time and had managed to save his partner, hence the stupid conversation he was having with his would-be-victim. “And yes I would, have you ever thought about what happens to people that get caught here? You’d be smart enough to kill the guards and escape unless you want to end up in a ditch!”
As furious as the blond was, the gijinka couldn’t help but to pause when the taller male had bothered to actually apologize for his actions. He snorted and turned away from the other, grumpy that he had more or less been trapped on the roof with him. Levi was more unimpressed with himself for the fact that he had been yelling like some idiot because now the real guards knew there were people here and unfortunately for the eighteen year old, that meant he was so much closer to being caught. He would have been fine with running, Levi knew he had the speed to do so, but the eighteen year old figured that the ridiculously tall man would just get in his way. On the other hand, he still looked a little twitchy, so maybe it wasn’t entirely out of the question. Scatter a few thunderbolts around and freak him out before making his escape off of the gravel rooftop. Ideas littered the teenager’s brain as he struggled to come up with anything that would get him out of here and away from the idiot that could have gotten him killed!
He knew very well what a prank was and what this idiot had done was the furthest thing from it, you were supposed to garner laughter, not shrieks of terror with a side dish of hell raining from the sky. “Absolutely not! I refuse to stay on this bloody roof with an imbecile like yourself,” the teenager continued to complain, turning to the pair, his eyes narrowing as he glanced down at the Abra who was tugging on the other’s trousers. Being told to calm down wasn’t helping matters at all, if anything Levi was just becoming angrier and angrier with each passing moment. No, what was the fastest way off this roof? The eighteen year old bit down on his lip, electricity crackling around him as he fought the urge to just attack the guy again but that would have caused unwanted attention and the last thing he needed were the guards pouncing on him. This was so unfair, was he really stuck with this prick?
Grumbling the Jolteon Gijinka sat down on the gravel surface, trying to make himself as comfortable as possible. “Just.. j-just stay over there, or I’ll electrocute you.” He muttered, looking down at his feet.[/style] [STYLE=background-color: #111111; border: 5px solid #000000; font: 7pt courier; text-transform: uppercase; width: 345px; color: #ACACAC; margin-left: -3px; -moz-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; -o-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; -webkit-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px;]words 0586 :: tags arthur, mod :: notes keep it short bros :: made by prism![/style] |

WILD TOGEPI APPEARED! [/style] togepi || male || serene grace || normal || level 4 growls || charm"To-ge pri pri pri." Togepi heard something nice and something fun up there in the roof, and he wanted to go check out what it could have been! tottering along the white walls and reaching the stairs that led to the rooftop, Togepi was carefully crawling up toward the door to see whatever, or whoever caused the commotion.
Were they interesting? Were they pokemon? Were they something else? He wanted to see!
Just as he reached the door, he saw something behind him in the darkness, looking at him with angry eyes. Angry wasn't good, not at all, and he was easy to get scared. Not to mention when the thing looking at him so angrily started rushing at him with heavy steps and the unnerving screeching of metal, he panicked. "Pi, togepiii!"
He opened the door to the roof and tottered out as soon as he could. He didn't care what was out there, it was certainly less scarier than the thing following him! He started rushing toward the human that was the closest to him - the one that had an Abra with him, chirping in a panicked voice. "Pri, pri, togepriiiiiii!"
WILD ARON APPEARED! [/style] aron || male || rock head || steel/rock || level 10 tackle || harden || mud-slapUnlike the baby that run past him with excitement, Aron didn't like the noise that whatever was up the roof was making. It bothered him in his little nap, but he could have gone back to sleep soon enough, if the loud little Togepi didn't totter past him, humming and singing all excited about nothing. Oh, that pissed him off big time.
Did that baby really want to go and see what was on the roof? If he got up there, he was sure there would be more ruckus, and yet again, he would have to listen to that all day. No way he would let that happen.
First he would have to stop the Togepi, then he could probably go back to sleep.
He sneaked after the baby, not that he could sneak too much with that heavy body of his, but the baby wasn't really paying attention anyway. He couldn't let the baby open the door, so as soon as he reached it, Aron was ready to tackle the baby, not really caring about whatever serious injuries he would make on him. He just wanted his peace, and the baby didn't really let him have it. But he was a tad bit late, as the Togepi managed to open the door and run out to the roof, Aron following close behind. He didn't even stop to look at the humans standing there, he rushed straight at the Togepi with a Tackle to at least make him stop screaming!
OOC: So I finally roll mons for you guys. 8'D

[atrb=width,225px][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellpadding,0px,true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=background,http://i.imgur.com/WO7lj.jpg,true] | Well... someone was freaking out. And of the two of them, Arthur was 99 percent sure only HE was allowed to be that one, considering it was he who almost died a painful death. But no, the kid's voice got louder and louder, and by the the time the he got to his last demand plus threat, Arthur was watching him, unmoved, on the roof, standing strong with his arms crossed in refusal.
"Imbecile?" Arthur arched a brow, and on the sidelines of the fight, Abra looked back and forth between the two and then shrugged, before sitting down and crossing his legs. "Did you just call me an imbecile?! Who talks like that anymore?!" He scoffed loudly, utterly unafraid of the electrocution threat. He still wasn't completely certain the boy would willingly hurt anyone on purpose, considering the way he was acting and all. Much less a guard. The guards weren't that bad in his own experience. Then again, he was a normal human. It crossed his mind that they may react differently to a Gijinka, but he didn't allow it to inspire anymore sympathy for the still whining boy he was sharing the rooftop with.
Arthur rolled his eyes and began a slow pace across the roof, annoyed that he'd now be stuck up there until the guard presence thinned unless he wanted to abandon the plan for the day. "Arceus, someone needs to take a pill," He murmured, casting a glance at Abra. Raising his in a loud whisper that wouldn't carry over the roof's edge, he suggested the other boy take that path off if he really wanted, "Feel free to jump, if sharing a little space is such a chore." So annoying. Though he did have to admit that it probably wasn't the best introduction he'd ever shared with another person. Hmm. "Really though, going inside might be best. More rooms to hide in." Now that he thought about it. In the movies, unless you had a helicopter waiting for you, the roof was the last place you headed when being chased by the bad guys.
The sound of the roof exit door opening set every hair on his arms and neck on end, and his head turned so fast he probably nearly did himself damage. Guards?! "Abra!" He could feel Abra's alarm rising in response to his own and the fox-like Pokemon lifted from his spot on the floor to wander over to him. "Wait..." Arthur murmured when the little Pokemon came into sight shortly after. It looked scared... and not really something he had to worry about. "Uhhhh..." He glanced over to the other boy he was stuck on the roof with. "Don't shock it!" Yes. It did need to be said, considering. DON'T shock the poor harmless innocent baby.
Really it was the most harmless looking thing he'd ever seen before, as far as Pokemon went. Looking back, he then noticed the much less innocent looking thing of metal and deep set blue eyes following after. That, was less harmless looking. "That one's okay though!" He pointed, and then glanced at Abra, an idea hastily built in his head to get the, 'Togepri?' out of danger from the thing chasing it. His Psychic was quick to respond, and vanished in a flash of light in a TELEPORT, reappeared before the running Pokemon, planning to grab it and then vanish back Arthur's side with another TELEPORT. |

Was the eighteen year old not being scary enough? Sure he was angry, the initial shock and panic was enough to keep the blond gijinka in that state, but it wasn’t like he actually wanted to attack the man again. It was a self-defense thing, anyone normal would have lashed out if they had been scared like that – it was common sense! The guards weren’t always so forgiving, Levi had learned that lesson on multiple occasions and sometimes he was left with no other choice but to fight. He hated it, he hated the fact that he had to hurt others in order to survive most especially since he had the power to harm others intentionally or not. Still, the only reason he was in this situation was because that smug bastard had decided he was going to greet him with a little prank. At this point he would have made an exception and gave the male a bit of a shock if he angered the blond enough.
Sitting down on the gravel rooftop, Levi made sure to keep his back from the other to avoid doing something stupid like actually lashing out at him. “I heard that,” The teen growled softly, looking over his shoulder to glare at the man some more. It wasn’t like he had wanted to get stuck up here with him, Levi could have left any time he wanted and probably get attacked by all the guards on the way out. Those smartass remarks rolling off the other’s tongue were definitely starting to get under his skin though. Sparks flew around the teenager as he spat out a nasty retort, “I’m fine here, you can jump... I’ll even give you a little push to get started.” No, it was obvious Levi wasn’t in the mood for this. Any other time he might have been nicer, the guy looked pretty cute, but it was obvious he still hadn’t gotten over being scared almost half to death by the jerk. “I don’t care what you do, just keep away from me!”
Levi wanted to sulk in silence, but the noise coming from the roof access made him nervous. Had the guards found them? The Jolteon Gijinka pushed himself to his feet, his nerves already frayed as the eighteen year old expected something to come exploding through the door. He was ready to electrocute whatever came through there, even the little baby Pokémon that came wailing in terror from the access door. Levi almost shocked the poor thing, but the brunette gave him pause, yelling at the teenager to not shock it. He froze the spot, eyes huge when he realized he almost hurt an innocent little baby. Levi didn’t have much time to think about it though because another Pokémon appeared, seemingly chasing the little egg Pokémon! What in the hell was he supposed to do? Was he not supposed to attack that one either? Biting down on his lip, the eighteen year old growled as the other told him to go after the metal creature. Crackling with energy, Levi unlocked his DNA and DISCHARGED the energy towards the metal thing.
“Get away from the baby,” He hissed as he ran forward towards the Pokémon, using DOUBLE KICK to try and launch the Pokémon into the air and kick it back down the stairwell with his other foot. Panting slightly, he turned his head to look at the other male and his fox-like partner, as well as the egg Pokémon that was now at their side. “What the hell are these things?” [/style] [STYLE=background-color: #111111; border: 5px solid #000000; font: 7pt courier; text-transform: uppercase; width: 345px; color: #ACACAC; margin-left: -3px; -moz-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; -o-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; -webkit-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px;]words 0619 :: tags arthur, mod :: notes keep it short bros :: made by prism![/style] |

WILD TOGEPI APPEARED! [/style] togepi || male || serene grace || normal || level 4 growl || charmTogepi was delightfully oblivious of the fact that he was nearly electrocuted, and just continued running toward the two humans, so terrified of whatever was chasing him into the roof that he only cared about being away from it. He was so sure that these two wouldn't harm him that he didn't care to stop in his escape into safety behind them.
As the Abra picked him up, Togepi chirped in surprise and clung to teh psychic type instinctively. In one moment, he was running up to the pair, in the other, he was already at the human's side. He had no idea what happened, but he had a feeling he was safe now by the side of these nice people, and he hugged the Abra cheerfully, fear from the previous moment all gone. He wouldn't let go of the pokemon for a while, feeling more safe in the arms of anyone than on the ground all alone. "Pri, pri!"
He didn't even check to see what was chasing him, but as the other human looked at him, he turned to glance at them too. "Togepi?"
WILD ARON APPEARED! [/style] aron || male || rock head || steel/rock || level 10 tackle || harden || mud-slapThat little bugger got away from him in a flash, and he wasn't the least amused by it at all. All he wanted at first, was to attack the baby once to make him know his place, but it was his luck to run into trainers in the roof too. Not to mention a rather annoying pair as well, one with a psychic type, the other not as much human as he looked like.
His Tackle was disturbed as the Abra teleported the baby away, so he only hit nothing and fell to the ground, looking around for the target. Only out of instinct did he jump back, and was lucky enough to avoid the majority of the Discharge coming his way. He Hardened his skin to reduce the electric damage, though sparks were still flying around him as he stood there, shooking himself to get rid of the electrical currents running through him. With that, he didn't notice the non-human boy rushing at him, not until it was too late. He was already in the air when he came to, and then kicked back down the way he entered the roof. That attack hurt so much he blacked out for a second, but luckily enough, he could catch the railing on the stairs to prevent falling all the way down. It hurt so much that he wasn't sure it was worth the trouble anymore for the Togepi.
But now he was mad at that sneaky human.
Struggling to walk back up the stairs until he was in the doorway leading to the roof again, he peeked at the blond that attacked him before, and got ready to charge. Rushing out from his hiding spot, He attempted to Tackle the boy while he was too busy dealing with the baby or the other human.
OOC: Ouchie, that hurt, poor thing is barely alive, but still back for one more round. =3

[atrb=width,225px][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellpadding,0px,true][atrb=cellspacing,0px,true][atrb=background,http://i.imgur.com/WO7lj.jpg,true] | Double Teleports and Electricity based attacks made the opening of the battle so quick that Arthur had a hard time following it, short as it was. It went remarkably well too, considering the situation. An ambush on the room, the protection of a third party, and unfortunate mix of types. Electricity wasn't going to do much to the metal hide of the predatory Steel type. Then the other boy followed up with a Double Kick that blew it down the stairway it'd come from, and the struggle by his feet came to his relaxed attention.
Abra had grabbed the little egg-shaped Pokemon, and Teleported back with him- but now was having a difficult time to get out from beneath it and back to the battlefield to assist the human they were suddenly partnered with. The Psychic struggled, and alarm was cast into his Trainer's mind, his way of asking for help. Arthur was amused, and knelt next to the now safe and happy 'Togepri', giving them both a once over. No injures. He flicked his eyes up to the other boy, and grimaced. He really wanted to stay irritated, but he was kind of impressed at his reaction time.
"I don't know... But that was..." Arthur sighed, "Adequate." The guy had hit more than a few of his buttons. It was hard to bring himself back so quickly. "Nobody died!" He sounded truly surprised, the only hint of mocking in the tilt of his lips. Nobody would guess that he was actually grateful for the guy's caution. Neither the baby nor Abra had taken 'friendly' fire. That was good.
Deciding to take pity on his little fox-like Psychic, Arthur moved a little closer and wiggled his fingers before the egg Pokemon, hoping to claim it's attention. It worked with human babies. A kind smile was on his face, soothing, and he spoke with equal gentleness to the small round one, "Hi there... do you think you could let Abra go? He wants to protect us, but he can't while you're holding him tight." The fact that it was so child-like in appearance and actions made it seem less likely to understand him, but hoped. He spread his hands a bit, to see if it would come to him by itself and he wouldn't have to resort to prying it from Abra.
Arthurs eyes caught the glint of light off metal, and his head jerked up at the door, where the tiny metal monster was coming in for another attempt. Assuming it had a brain, it must have been damaged by that last kick to continue its attack after taking such a devastingly tough blow before. "Hey!" He hissed at the other guy, and nodded his head at the Steel-type. "It's coming back!" |

There was a dull aching in his foot and the eighteen year old was instantly regretting kicking the wild Pokemon down the stairs. It should have been enough to make anyone pass out, but with that amour, Levi wondered if it was going to climb back out to kick his ass. He wasn’t overly concerned with that though, instead the young blonde was more focused on the little egg Pokemon that the rat had brought over to the other male. “Adequate? I’d like to see you do that,” Levi scowled at him. “Don’t make me change my mind, I can still fry your sorry ass.” He was right though, no one had died... which was pretty important he supposed. It wasn’t like the eighteen year old wanted to kill anyone, so he let it slide because the other seemed a little grateful to have hit butt saved by him.
“Just whatever... are you three okay?” He fussed quietly, watching as the taller male tried to deal with the baby, trying to get it to let go of Abra. Whatever, it didn’t matter to Levi. He was the one that needed to worry about fighting, the idiot could worry about taking care of the baby. With any luck he would do something that would prevent the baby from getting killed. They appeared to be safe so the eighteen year old figured it would be okay to just relax. As if they were going to get attacked again, chances were if that little Pokemon had gotten up it would have turned tail and run away to avoid getting kicked again. Levi doubted he would have done that though, his foot was already in pain and he didn’t think he would want to kick the metal creature again.
The blond was distracted by the trio standing behind him, they were okay, but the alarm in the other’s voice had caught him off guard. It was coming back? He tilted his head curiously before it clicked in his head and Levi whipped around only to be greeted by the steel Pokemon smashing into him, knocking him to the gravel roof. “Ow, fuck you’re heavy!” Levi growled, narrowing his eyes at the attacker. Hadn’t it had enough already? He glared at the Pokemon for a minute before gathering his energy and trying to electrocute the metal Pokemon with another thunder shock because like hell he was going to kick it. “Holy crap, I was just protecting the baby!” [/style] [STYLE=background-color: #111111; border: 5px solid #000000; font: 7pt courier; text-transform: uppercase; width: 345px; color: #ACACAC; margin-left: -3px; -moz-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; -o-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; -webkit-border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px; border-radius: 0px 30px 30px 0px;]words 0619 :: tags arthur, mod :: notes keep it short bros :: made by prism![/style] |

WILD TOGEPI APPEARED! [/style] togepi || male || serene grace || normal || level 4 growl || charmTogepi was desperately clinging to the poor Abra, oblivious of the fact the pokemon would rather go back to the fight instead of holding him. But Togepi didn’t want the Abra to let him go, he was much better in the arms of someone else than on the ground. What if the scary thing came back again?
He looked up at Arthur as he was successful at getting his attention. He blinked up at the human, not understanding anything he was saying, but smiling at him anyway. When the boy held out his arms, his face lit up, though. Oh, so he wants hugs. Togepi can definitely give hugs, no problem with that. This person was bigger than the Abra anyway, so hugging him will be safer. "Pri, pri!" Chirping lightly, the normal type jumped to the waiting arms of the human boy and clung to his chest tightly.
He was oblivious of the fact the fight was continuing behind him. He only cared about giving hugs to the human, since he asked so nicely.
WILD ARON APPEARED! [/style] aron || male || rock head || steel/rock || level 10 tackle || harden || mud-slapAron was mad for the previous attack coming from the blond gijinka, so even though he knew he was in no condition to continue the fight, he went in for the attack anyway. He couldn’t go back to sleep now anyway, but now he wished if he had just let the loud Togepi walk away from him. It would have been definitely less of a trouble than dealing with these guys, but who could have known...
He settled on top of the human after he tackled him, pinning the gijinka down. He was already too weak to do anything else than glaring down at him though, so when the Thunder Shock came at him, he couldn’t even hope to avoid it. Lightning zapped around his metallic body as the picture of the boy in front of him faded out, and he collapsed – right on top of the gijinka.
ARON FAINTED! ARON IS AVAILABLE FOR CAPTURE!
ABRA GAINED +1 LEVEL!
OOC: Abra didn’t fight much, but he still "entered the fight" when rescuing Togepi, so I thought giving him one level for using Teleport.

Arthur wondered if he should take the thread regarding his ass more serious considering he one who'd said it. The Gjinka actually had the power to fry his ass. Why would he do that? He'd been told it was one of his best features. Someone once even said that it made up for the worst parts of his personality. That rising disgruntlement was swept away as the little Egg like Pokemon happily leapt into his arms, and he found himself caught in a hug with wide, surprised eyes.
Abra, released and certain that his Trainer was in no danger from the baby, turned and readied an attack, arm rising and the beginnings of a PSYSHOCK gathering at his fingertips... and then they flickered out as the metal Pokemon slammed into the other human and pinned him to the ground. Throwing an attack at the attacker now would harm the human as well... what was he to do?
Neither Arthur or Abra had to worry as the boy's body and the Pokemon atop him became covered in the electricity of a Thundershock. Startled, Arthur jerked away, turning to keep part of his body between the electricity and the Pokemon in his arms, but no bolts found him, so after a few moments, he looked back, stroking the baby with one hand and murmuring words meant to soothe. "It's okay... it's okay little one. Abra and the moron will take care of it."
The flow of reassuring words stuttered to a stop as he saw what had happened. The taller blonde blinked, once, twice... and then began to snicker wildly. "Oh, oh! It fell on you! It must have recognized your shared thick-headedness! It likes you!" Abra looked between the two, uncertain of what to do and not receiving any useful commands from his Trainer. "Do you want me to move it? Because I'm going to need an apology for threatening my ass first."
