The blonde was trudging through the alleys of the deserted jungle searching for illegals. He and his so called partner had just re-inacted one of their most glorious arguments - really, what a brat the kid was - and now he was looking for a way to cool off. What a better way to do that then his job? Hunting and fighting was a great way to relieve his stress after all, plus it gave him a good workout and helped him to forget his idiot of a partner for a little while. How could they team him up with someone like that in the first place?
His faithful mienfoo Tessa was calmly trotting alongside her trainer, and while she was low in strength and in need of some serious training she had been with him for a very long time. Even if her trainer was distracted the pokemon kept out a good eye for any suspicious movements, it was not unusual for Kagura to get distracted or lose sight of things when he was in this kind of mood, and that new human he was paired up with only added to his troubles. A much younger and more energetic rufflet followed behind the duo, pecking at anything it could find and flapping its wings in surprise every time a wild pokemon moved close by. At one time it had gone off and even attacked a man that was walking by randomly, and Kagura had scooped it up apologized a few times and then got the hell out of there.
The three continued to weave through the crumbling buildings, avoiding exposed wires that sparked with electricity and occasionally having to turn around at a dead end. They had encountered a few more humans preforming some obviously illegal acts but it was not his current job to deal with them, and so they left those people alone and continued on.- -- -
