[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=align,center][CS=2] Do me a favor | Ah-hin had a weird feeling something was going to happen as she reached the base of the mountains. She wasn't planning on going far, she wasn't stupid of course. She just wanted to do some training. Sage, Arrow, and Daemon needed to be leveled up and while this was perhaps not the best way, she didn't feel like leveling them up in the park. Running a hand through her hair briefly she glanced around once more before reaching for her pokeballs. She was on alert as she brought out Sage and Arrow. She wasn't going to bring out Daemon today, he wasn't strong enough to handle this just yet so she'd work with him later.
"Be on alert you guys." she commented glancing around. The Deerling and Gligar went on immediate alert at their trainer's warning, both eager to please and show that they weren't to be messed with. Ah-hin was proud of how far along her pokemon had come. Arrow was a quick learner and Sage always did her best. Blue eyes flickered around as the Gijinka took in their surroundings for a moment then headed forward, her pokemon following her.
"It's too quiet around here." she muttered appalled that she'd grown so used to the noise of the city. The quiet was almost unnerving. She gave a sharp shake of her head scolding herself mentally for almost letting her fear get away from her. She was not ruled by her fear, or any other emotion. Sage rubbed her head against the girl's thigh in a soothing gesture and Ah-hin nodded flashing her a quick smile. "I know, I need to stop worrying." she commented wryly as she got her head back on straight.

WILD GEODUDE APPEARED! [/style] Geodude || Male || Sturdy || Rock/Ground || Level 5 Tackle || Defense Curl || Mud Sport Geodude was well aware of his task. It was the task given to him by Arceus and he would perform it to the best of his ability. His task was to sit there and trip people. So that is what he was doing, hunkering down in the ground with his whole body curled up in a ball, waiting for his next victim to come by. Well... okay, so maybe he'd fallen asleep... but it wasn't as if he couldn't fulfill that task even while he was in the dream world! So there he was curled up in the soil, waiting for someone to walk by so that he could trip them and fulfill his Arceus-given duty when all of a sudden he heard a sound. He knew that sound. That was the sound of.... He tried to curl up smaller to avoid it, but to no avail. The Geodude felt a huge bump to the back of his head and he flew through the air, crying out and flailing his arms before he faceplanted into the ground in front of some Pokemon he didn't think could appear around these parts. Well. That was fun... And he didn't even get to trip them either. Darn it...
WILD PHANPY APPEARED! [/style] Phanpy || Female || Pickup || Ground || Level 7 Odor Sleuth || Tackle || Growl || Defense Curl || Flail Phanpy scampered up to the top of the hill, looking about. She was bored and she wanted something fun to do... Wait a minute, what was that? Squinting her eyes, she quickly determined that the rock down at the bottom of the slope was actually breathing. That meant it wasn't a rock at all, it was a Geodude. And one of her favorite things to do was play Geodude bowling. With a little war-cry, she jumped down the path, rolling up the way she would have to learn how to do when she evolved, and let herself gain momentum, going faster and faster down the hill until she rammed into the rocky body with a good deal of force, sending him flying off into the distance. She groaned softly, all of her momentum spent as she plopped to the ground on her butt, nursing an aching head from her fun, but it was certainly worth it to play her favorite game. Shaking her head from side to side to try to get rid of the pain, she looked up to see a human and some unfamiliar Pokemon. Uh oh. She had a feeling this was some serious trouble about to brew. Not wanting to waste any more time, she quickly rolled up into a ball, making use of a Defense Curl to try to better brace herself for whatever might be coming her way.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=align,center][cs=2] Don't wanna break your heart so let me give your heart a break | Ah-hin wouldn't have seen the curled up rock pokemon if the Phanpy hadn't decided that she'd wanted to play 'Geodude bowling'. Honestly, she didn't see the rock pokemon until he was flying toward them, limbs flailing before he faceplanted in front of Sage, making the Deerling squeak in surprise.
The flailing Geodude was not what she'd expected to happen, not by a long shot. The Glaceon Gijinka blinked cocking her head at the rock pokemon for a moment. He'd probably be a good addition to her team. It was better to have a variety of types anyway from what Kiyalin had told her. So why not? She took a couple steps forward before crouching down near the Geodude, a slight smile on her face.
"Hey, you okay?" she asked, her tone calm as she kept most of her attention on the rock pokemon. Sage had noticed the Phanpy up ahead and had a feeling she knew the culprit behind the poor Geodude's unorthodox arrival. Oh some pokemon were so silly weren't they? Arrow had watched the scene with keen eyes, ready to defend her trainer if necessary, but the Geodude hadn't attacked them, he'd just shown up? Yes, he'd pretty much fallen into their laps, so she could forgive him that.
The Phanpy however, was not as easily forgiven.
The Gligar stayed where she was though, since her trainer hadn't given her any orders yet. Sage and Arrow were alert, but relaxed since there was no pressing danger. Arrow was keeping an eye on the Phanpy though, since she didn't trust the little elephant pokemon. She was sure that the ground type could deal some damage even at this beginning evolution stage. | Tag: Kuro-mody~ Words: 282 Notes: And, I think Ah-hin's collecting mon for Trace... well then... WILD GEODUDE APPEARED! [/style] Geodude || Male || Sturdy || Rock/Ground || Level 5 Tackle || Defense Curl || Mud Sport Geodude groaned as he pushed himself up off his face, his muscles flexing and his face a little roughed up from his journey. "Geodude," he grumbled softly, righting himself and then settling down again right side up, the way he was supposed to be. He blinked when he saw the human coming closer, tensing slightly before she bent down to his level, a kind smile on her face. He was a little confused at her question. No one had ever asked if he was okay before. He'd been thrown around almost everywhere over the course of fulfilling his duty to Arceus, and even then, he still had never been asked that question. Ever. No one had ever shown him such kindness, instead treating him as just a rock in the road. He nodded up at her, wrapping his arms around himself mistrustfully. It could all be a trick, just like that one Phanpy had done one time where she convinced him that she was his friend before she used him as a kickball in a game with her friends. No. He wasn't going to be that stupid, not again. People were out to get him, and even though he'd heard that humans were different, he didn't want to trust them for no good reason...
WILD PHANPY APPEARED! [/style] Phanpy || Female || Pickup || Ground || Level 7 Odor Sleuth || Tackle || Growl || Defense Curl || Flail Phanpy peeked out of her little ball to see the Gligar staring straight at her. She let out a soft sound, uncurling from her position to place her little paws back on the ground again, not able to keep herself in such a confining body position for all too long before she lost patience and just had to move again. So she was hyper, so sue her. She just had a lot of energy she had to get out, okay! Sheesh! Scampering in closer to the other Pokemon, she danced around them playfully, a mischievous little twinkle to her eyes. Ah, what prank to pull first, what prank... the possibilities were endless in her world. She could do anything she wanted, it wasn't as if they were going to stop her, and if they tried, she'd just ball up and roll away down the mountain the same way her mother had taught her to if she ever got into trouble too big for her to handle. She sat down on her haunches, looking at them with large eyes and an adorable face, and let out a little noise, a Growl attack that would also help her if anyone decided to try to hurt her. She may be playful, yes, but that didn't mean she wasn't smart too.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=align,center][cs=2] Don't wanna break your heart so let me give your heart a break | Ah-hin smiled a bit as the Geodude nodded. That was good, she was glad he was okay. She'd guess that a Tackle from a Phanpy would be pretty painful. She just hated that he seemed so scared of her. Oh well, she wasn't interested in ground pokemon anyway, though if she caught it she might could sell it at the market. She did need the money after all. She debated what to do as she eyed the Phanpy. She raised an eyebrow as the ground type used Growl. Well the pokemon seemed to be playful more than anything.
Some pokemon were just so weird.
"You want to play? Well, I don't think we're up for another round of Geodude bowling. How about a battle?" she asked glancing at her own pokemon. Sage bobbed her head a bit and Arrow let out a pleased croon. A battle could be fun, that was true. Maybe it would help burn off some of the Phanpy's energy for the Geodude's sake. Sage and Arrow needed the experience too so it worked for all of them. And even if the Phanpy didn't want to battle, Ah-hin could offer her some poke-food and send her on her way. They'd just see what happened. | Tag: Kuro-mody~ Words: 207 Notes: And here goes trying to catch them without battling. WILD GEODUDE APPEARED! [/style] Geodude || Male || Sturdy || Rock/Ground || Level 5 Tackle || Defense Curl || Mud Sport Geodude looked mistrustfully at the girl. He didn't really want to go with someone who would treat him badly... and while she may not have acted that way to him yet, he just knew it was a matter of time. It was always a matter of time. Nobody ever wanted to be around someone like him, and the fact that she was being nice to him just sealed the deal for him! There was something up with her, he just knew it! But he couldn't just attack her when she hadn't done anything yet, it went against the way he was brought up. He may have been hurt often, yes, and stepped on many times, undoubtedly, and even suspected her of malicious intent somewhere down the line, but he still wasn't raised to treat others badly and attack before they had proven themselves a foe. He wasn't the type to run away either. He was brought up to face things like a rock, not shrink away like a coward. Puffing out his chest and closing his eyes so that he could be sure he wouldn't flinch away no matter what happened or where the attack came from, he waited for the first blow to fall, determined to take it like a rock.
WILD PHANPY APPEARED! [/style] Phanpy || Female || Pickup || Ground || Level 7 Odor Sleuth || Tackle || Growl || Defense Curl || Flail Phanpy blinked at the question, pausing in her prancing. Wait... this human was offering to play with her? She liked new playmates! And even better when they weren't going to attack her! She nodded, trumpeting a little as she trotted in place. She liked play-battling! It was always fun when she and her brother would do it, rolling around and butting heads with each other until their mom told them to knock it off. Sometimes they wouldn't until she stepped in and separated the two siblings, but it was always fun in the meantime. Wriggling her butt in the air as she crouched a little, she then looked at the two Pokemon nearby, trying to figure out who she wanted to play with. The Deerling was her level, and while she had a feeling she should go after her, part of her longed to go after the Gligar, which was three levels weaker. But then she'd have to hold back so that she didn't hurt the other Pokemon too badly. It was a play-fight, after all, it wasn't like she wanted anyone to get too badly hurt! That would be bad, and she didn't want to hurt anyone, not unless they were trying to hurt her first, and even then she probably wouldn't do it since that was mean and it... well... it hurt! She didn't like hurting, and like her mom always said, she wasn't going to hurt someone else if it meant they could hurt her back! Thinking about it, she decided to wait and see who would end up playing with her. She decided that would be for the best, and fair too. That way she wouldn't have to hurt anyone and no one would hurt her back! It was a win-win scenario here!

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=align,center][cs=2] Don't wanna break your heart so let me give your heart a break | Ah-hin wasn't too surprised when the Geodude shut his eyes and braced himself for an attack. She wanted to show him that she wasn't going to hurt him and honestly she had been planning on just playing with the Phanpy. Well she could play with both of them and maybe she'd convince both of them to come with her. She nodded a bit smiling as the Phanpy trumpeted, seeming to like the idea of play-battling.
"Alright, then, a battle it is." she commented though she wasn't sure Arrow and Sage were the best to go up against a Geodude and Phanpy with. Oh well she could work with this. "Sage, use Tackle, Arrow Poison Sting!" she spoke after stepping back a pace. Arrow launched into the air with a battle cry than dove at the Phanpy, stinger out in a Poison Sting. Sage launched at the Geodude with a Tackle putting all the strength she could muster into her attack.
Hopefully it would work, she didn't want to let her trainer down!
Ah-hin watched smiling slightly at her pokemon's enthusiasm. She was glad to have the chance to help them get stronger. She was sure they'd be great but for now she was focused on the job at hand. She'd have to be very careful here, her pokemon were at a disadvantage not only with type but with the terrain as well since it was unfamiliar. | Tag: Kuro-mody~ Words: 234 Notes: Weeeelllllllll.... that went out the window XD Fail post as well but oh well at least its up *hides in shame* Pokeparty: Desert - level 15 Synge - level 11 Sage - level 7 Arrow - level 4 Daemon - level 2

WILD PHANPY APPEARED! [/style] Phanpy || Female || Pickup || Ground || Level 7 Odor Sleuth || Tackle || Growl || Defense Curl || Flail Phanpy readied herself for the play-battle, putting her head down and getting ready. She needed to remember everything her mom had told her about how to be a good Donphan, to toughen herself up for when she evolved. In fact, she was still getting ready when she took the first attack across her back, squealing and flinching a little at the attack. She turned back to see the small puncture wound oozing some sort of purplish liquid and she immediately felt sick and woozy. This... this wasn't fun anymore! She didn't know battles were going to be like this! Part of her wanted to try to retaliate, but the very thought of moving made her stomach reach up into her throat. Feeling very sick, very sick indeed, she laid herself down on the ground, her head tucking into her stomach again to try to stop the world from spinning and her little belly to violently empty its contents onto the ground in front of her. She just felt really really really sick. In fact, it was almost like she'd been Poisoned... oh Arceus, maybe that was what was wrong with her! Maybe that attack had Poisoned her and now she was gonna die! She wanted to be concerned about it, she really did, but when she lifted her head to complain about it, she felt a lump in the back of her throat and instead ducked her head back down again to press her forehead into the coolness of the rock beneath her. She did not feel well... not at all...
WILD GEODUDE APPEARED! [/style] Geodude || Male || Sturdy || Rock/Ground || Level 5 Tackle || Defense Curl || Mud Sport The Geodude couldn't believe it. That poor Phanpy was sick! Sure, she may have hurt him, but that didn't mean she had to be pushed around like she was! Lifting his head with a firm motion, his jaw held high, he moved to attack the Gligar that had so rudely gone after the poor girl when he suddenly felt a blow collide with his side. He slid back a foot or two, his eyes instinctively closing with the motion before he opened them to see the Deerling from before standing there. She must have been the one to attack him. His eyes narrowed in distaste as he sized her up for a long moment. She looked stronger than him, sure, and she was a coward for attacking him when his back was turned, but he wasn't going to let the fact that she had gotten in the first blow stop him from defending himself. This was his home, and he would defend himself as such. Holding his head high, he thought quickly about what he wanted to do before he nodded, deciding upon an action. He reached beneath himself, his hands curling in the dirt beneath him until he managed to find some wet earth, or was it clay? Eh, it wasn't like it mattered. It had some moisture and give to it, so it would work for his attack. Er, well, preventive measure. There was no telling what would be thrown at him next, now was there? He then threw the earth into the air around him in a Mud Sport attack, assisting him in case any Electric types decided to attack him too. There were none out right now, but hey, you never know...

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=align,center][cs=2] Don't wanna break your heart so let me give your heart a break | Arrow let out a triumphant sound as her attack landed. It was even better when she realized that her attack had poisoned the wild Phanpy. Then she saw the disapproving look on her trainer’s face and realized she probably should have held back. They were only supposed to be play-battling with the wild ones after all. Sage on the other hand was glad that her attack had landed, which had kept the Geodude from going after Arrow but man had that hurt. She shook her head slightly, trying to get rid of the slight throbbing as she kept an eye on the Geodude. She saw his Mud Sport attack and snorted softly. Silly thing didn’t realize her trainer didn’t have any electric types. They wouldn’t have helped much anyway given the types involved.
Ah-hin started to smile when both hits landed, until she realized that the Phanpy had been poisoned by Arrow’s attack. Well it was Poison Sting, true but it didn’t always poison. The poor thing couldn’t even move anymore. Ah-hin groaned silently and took off her backpack, searching through it a moment before finding what she was looking for. She pulled out a Full Heal and went over to the Phanpy, gently putting a hand on the Ground-type’s back. “Stay still now. This might sting a bit but it’ll help.” she spoke soothingly. She carefully sprayed the wound making sure that most of the medicine got on the injury and didn’t drip off. Arrow meanwhile had noticed that the Geodude’s initial attempt to attack her had been thwarted by Sage’s Tackle but she was not going to let her fellow pokemon get hurt on her account. Silently she dove at the Geodude with a Poison Sting attack, just to give him a warning she wasn’t to be messed with.
Too bad Ah-hin happened to be looking up just then.
“Arrow! she exclaimed in exasperation blue eyes narrowed. The Gligar ignored her trainer’s warning tone, going through with the attack before moving to glide lazy circles above the group. “Arrow I mean it! Behave.” the teen spoke the air around her cooling slightly as she eyed the dual type. Arrow quickly realized her trainer meant it and decided to stick to gliding above them for the time being. At least until she was called to defend her trainer. Then she’d have no qualms about poisoning someone. Ah-hin shook her head at the high strung pokemon before turning to size up the current situation. If Arrow couldn’t behave herself though, Ah-hin was probably going to switch her out. | Tag: Kuro-mody~ Words: 428 Notes: ... WILD PHANPY APPEARED! [/style] Phanpy || Female || Pickup || Ground || Level 7 Odor Sleuth || Tackle || Growl || Defense Curl || Flail Phanpy was curled up in a ball, only letting out a weak cry when a hand landed on her back gently. She felt a little stinging sensation on her back and squealed softly, wriggling. That was cold! Shivering at it, she kept herself still as the sick feeling slowly began to disperse, and she blinked when she could raise her head without making her head pound. A happy little sound escaping her, she looked at the human for a long moment before holding out a paw in thanks. "Phanpy!" she cried firmly, and then blinked as an idea occurred to her. Sure, her mom was here, but there wasn't a whole lot else here that meant anything to her. She did things on her own, and well... it was rather lonely. She was a social creature by nature, she didn't want to spend her time alone! With that, she got to her feet and padded over to the human, nudging her leg and giving her a cheerful grin. "Phan phanpy!" she trumpeted proudly, a bright twinkle in her eyes revealing her intentions. She wanted to travel with the nice human who had been kind enough to play with her and then to make the pain go away when she was hurt. She just hoped the nice human would be okay with her traveling around with her, she didn't really know what she'd do if she was turned away...
THE WILD PHANPY WANTS TO GO WITH AH-HIN! PHANPY CAN NOW BE CAUGHT!
WILD GEODUDE APPEARED! [/style] Geodude || Male || Sturdy || Rock/Ground || Level 5 Tackle || Defense Curl || Mud Sport Geodude hadn't been expecting an attack from above, so he let out a loud cry when he felt a sharp stinger scraping at his rocky body, another attack that sent him skidding back a few feet, his hands digging into the earth to brace himself. His eyes opened again and he glared at the two, swearing revenge before the sudden sharp exclamation from the human diverted his attention again. He gazed at the group with a head held high before he lowered it, grumbling softly to himself. So the human didn't want to hurt him, eh? He didn't trust them. They always wanted to hurt him. Not a whole lot of people liked Geodude, and he had accepted his lot in life. It was to be hated, pure and simple. But if that were true... then why was the human telling off her Pokemon for attacking him? It was a conundrum that hurt the poor dual type's brain to no end. Humans were cruel... but why had she stood up for him? Why? He didn't understand it... and yet. And yet he couldn't justify an attack. Not to himself, and certainly not to Arceus. Crossing his arms, he decided to observe how she treated the Phanpy before he made another move. After all, if she rejected that hyperactive little Ground-type, he felt completely justified in continuing his attacks, but if she didn't... well, he'd have to think more about that if that situation arose.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=align,center][cs=2] Don't wanna break your heart so let me give your heart a break | Ah-hin smiled a bit as the Poison was neutralized, glad that she had the Full Heal on hand. She smiled at the Phanpy as it held up a paw to her and she nodded, brushing the paw with her hand. “You’re welcome.” she spoke before turning to see that Arrow’s attack had landed on the Geodude but for now the Gligar was circling above them. She shook her head, blinking slightly as she felt the Phanpy nudge her leg and glanced down. “Hmm? You want to come with me, huh?” she commented then nodded smiling at her. “You can come with me.” she added, digging around in her pocket for a pokeball. She pulled out a plastic red and white ball offering it to the Ground-type. She kept half an eye on the Geodude as she did, though he didn’t seem inclined to attack just yet.
She just hoped her pokemon behaved.
Arrow continued to keep an eye on the scene from her vantage point, though honestly there wasn’t much going on. She watched the Geodude carefully of course. She wouldn’t let him attack her trainer when her back was turned. Sage had backed off when Ah-hin had snapped at Arrow, scanning the surroundings in case anything came up that they needed to chase off or help their trainer catch. She seemed to enjoy racking up the pokemon, so they wouldn’t be surprised if she caught more than just the hyper little Phanpy today. Sage had a feeling Arrow wouldn’t like the hyper little one but the Deerling rather liked her spunk. Maybe they could be friends if she ended up staying around. They’d just have to see of course. Her trainer only had one ground type pokemon, but the Deerling had a feeling the Phanpy would be sticking with them for a while.

WILD PHANPY APPEARED! [/style] Phanpy || Female || Pickup || Ground || Level 7 Odor Sleuth || Tackle || Growl || Defense Curl || FlailThe Phanpy didn't have to even think when she reached upwards with a paw and touched the center button of the Pokeball, jerking up inside it in a quick flash of light.
Twitch Twitch~ Twitch Twitch~ Twitch Twitch~ DING! The few times the Pokeball twitched weren't violent, more as if something inside it was running around and making the object shake before it stilled once more. The energetic Phanpy would no doubt find her way in and out of more trouble, though with any luck the majority of her potential had been averted now that she had a Trainer.
WILD PHANPY HAS BEEN CAUGHT!
WILD GEODUDE APPEARED! [/style] Geodude || Male || Sturdy || Rock/Ground || Level 5 Tackle || Defense Curl || Mud Sport Well... that was... unexpected, the Geodude mused, watching as the Phanpy let out a happy little noise and reached up with her paw to scoot upwards into the Pokeball. The human had accepted the little Phanpy's offer of friendship even after she'd been hurt... she'd offered the little Ground-type something that had healed her after she'd been Poisoned... He sighed heavily. Looks like he had no choice. Even though the Phanpy had knocked him out of the ground and hurt him, even though he really just wanted to go back to the job Arceus had given him, he knew it wouldn't sit right with him to just leave her to her fate. The human could turn on her if she wasn't careful. He had to stay with her and protect her. So, with a scowl on his face, he heaved himself up and made his way over to her, reaching up with one arm and tugging on the human's pant leg. "Geodude," he stated, his face impassive but clearly not confrontational. He never really had been good at making requests with others, but that was okay. It wasn't as if he entirely wanted to go with this girl, it was just that if he didn't, he was sure that the Phanpy would end up hurt. And he couldn't let that happen. It would weigh on his conscience every day for the rest of his life up until he did something to make up for that, so this was what he did.
THE WILD GEODUDE IS (reluctantly) WILLING TO GO WITH AH-HIN! GEODUDE CAN NOW BE CAUGHT!
WILD DEINO APPEARED! [/style] Deino || Female || Hustle || Dragon/Dark || Level 4 Tackle || Dragon Rage || Focus Energy The Deino waddled slowly down the mountain path, clearly lost in her own thoughts. Her face was impassive and her eyes hidden by a mop of black, something that closed her off from the rest of the world. Right now, though, she was busy musing on her fate as an orphan and the fact that she was all alone in the world. 'No one will ever understand the pain I feel,' she thought to herself, plodding firmly in a straight line, still going in that one direction she had started on at the very beginning of this, the one she had picked at random and then just kept going in. 'The pain of being all alone in the world, my entire family kidnapped by humans and taken before my very eyes.' She didn't need to look up to dodge the rock before her, skillfully gathering herself and leaping up onto it, perching there for a brief moment before she jumped off, all without so much as a whisper of sound. She was rather young, yes, but she was an intelligent Deino, and her family had been quite a powerful little clan prior to the attack by the humans. She continued plodding along, still wrapped up in her thoughts of all that she had suffered when she paused, her nose coming up slightly to sniff the air. She knew that scent. That was the scent of humans. Her jaw stiffening slightly in the solitary betrayal of her impassiveness, she made her way to the cliff edge and peeked out silently, observing the group beneath her. A human. A human was here in the territory that used to belong to her family. She knew what she had to do. Inhaling deeply, she gathered herself up before spitting out a rain of bright blue flames, a Dragon Rage attack that would surely cause enough damage to make this human regret having ever ventured here, where her family had been taken before her very eyes. She would make them pay. Somehow.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=align,center][cs=2] Don't wanna break your heart so let me give your heart a break | Ah-hin caught the pokeball, amused at how it shook a bit before settling down. She stashed it on her belt, glad that the Phanpy had been so enthusiastic about coming along with her. The hyper little thing was going to be a handful but Ah-hin was sure that with some work the Ground type would be an excellent addition to any team. She blinked glancing down as she felt a tug at her pant leg to find the Geodude there. She smiled at him pulling out a pokeball. “You’re more than welcome to tag along too, if you’d like.” she commented, though exactly why the dual type wanted to come along she wasn’t sure. He’d been stand-offish earlier but maybe he was looking out for the Phanpy. That was sweet of him and well Ah-hin wasn’t going to turn him down. She offered the pokeball to him, only to be interrupted by a rain of blue flames. The teen yelped stumbling forward to dodge the flames and ended up pressing the pokeball’s button against the Geodude.
Oh well that solved that problem.
Arrow let out an enraged shriek but paused upon feeling the air suddenly cool and glanced down at her trainer. She saw the teen’s narrowed blue eyes and knew that Ah-hin was pissed off. Even Sage took a step back in surprise as Ah-hin lashed out at the dual type with a Blizzard attack. Growling softly, Ah-hin started forward only to have Sage step in front of her, pressing her head against the teen’s stomach. Blue eyes blinked and the air cooled further for a fraction of a second before the teen’s eyes closed and she forced herself to calm down. She glanced up at the cliff to see a Deino standing there and her eyes widened a bit. So that was a Dragon rage that had been thrown at her. Well then, she hadn’t been expecting to stumble across this pokemon today. She put her hands on her hips as she eyed the Deino.
Now how to convince the Deino she wasn’t an enemy.
“I wonder what has your tail in knots.” the teen commented idly as she considered ideas. She wasn’t coming up with much beyond talking the Deino down but she wasn’t completely convinced it would work. She did wonder what had the Deino outright attacking her but she figured it had something to do with humans. Wild pokemon were shy and defensive of their territories which was likely what had this dual type up in arms. She’d give it a shot though.

WILD GEODUDE APPEARED! [/style] Geodude || Male || Sturdy || Rock/Ground || Level 5 Tackle || Defense Curl || Mud SportThe Geodude still wasn't all that pleased with everything, with having to go along with this human, and he was slowly reaching out to press his hand against the button when in a sudden lurch, the Pokeball scraped against his head, scooping him up inside in a bright flash of light.
Twitch Twitch~ Twitch Twitch~ Twitch Twitch~ DING! The Pokeball twitched a few times as if in protest, and for a moment it looked like the Geodude would escape, but then the Pokeball stilled as if he remembered his earlier resolve. His new Trainer would have her work cut out for her convincing him that not all humans were out to hurt him, that was for sure!
WILD GEODUDE HAS BEEN CAUGHT!
WILD DEINO APPEARED! [/style] Deino || Female || Hustle || Dragon/Dark || Level 4 Tackle || Dragon Rage || Focus Energy The Deino watched with impassive eyes as her fire rained down upon the human and the other Pokemon. A small part of her might have felt bad for them since they had nothing against her family, not like the humans that had taken them all aware before her very eyes, though that part was so small she easily pushed it aside to the back of her mind. What she was doing was right and just. She was not only protecting her home, but she was getting the vengeance her family deserved from the humans. She took in a huge breath, fully intending upon repeating the maneuver when suddenly she saw a huge whirlwind of ice and snow heading straight towards her. She had no idea what this witchcraft was, how the human had managed to use an attack just like a Pokemon would, but she didn't have time to think about that. She had to dodge the ice. Gathering herself up, she tried to leap over it in a huge surge of strength, but unfortunately for her, she didn't quite manage it and the winds hurled her back until she collided with a rock wall with a sharp cry. She slid down it to the ground, and she attempted to get back to her feet, to get the revenge she needed to receive against the humans for what they did to her family, but she just couldn't do it. Her legs were shaking too much and she ended up collapsing in a heap, consciousness leaving her so that she could instead become wrapped up in the pain and suffering she felt that no one else could understand.
THE WILD DEINO HAS FAINTED! DEINO CAN NOW BE CAUGHT!
WILD CHATOT APPEARED! [/style] Chatot || Female || Keen Eye || Normal/Flying || Level 6 Peck || Growl The Chatot loved flying. It was one of her favorite things in the world to do. That was why she was up in the air right now, the wind underneath her feather and holding her steady, even lifting her up higher when she hit a warm updraft of air known as a thermal. Letting out a delighted squeal, she rode it higher and higher before she became aware of the frightened sobbing on her back. Well she had entirely forgot about her passenger. He probably wouldn't like being so high up, though she knew she was in perfect control of what she was doing. With a little mental sigh of regret, she allowed herself to spiral back down again in a tight little arch, something that seemed to calm the Normal-type on her back judging by the way the crying got quietly. She repressed another sigh as she realized that the rugged terrain around them kept a lot of the air currents out, which meant that she'd have to flap to keep them steady. Her wings began to beat steadily at the air and she navigated the rocky area with a good deal of effort, if only because she had to work to support both herself and the Pokemon on her back. But she wasn't going to tell him to get off. Not only would that be horribly mean to tell an orphaned hatchling to get lost, but she had made a promise to him that she'd be his family now, and that meant getting him up to her nest further back in these mountains. She shivered at the onset of a sudden cold, her feathers ruffling up instinctively to try to provide more warmth, and for a brief moment she mused on the fact that no one had thought it was going to snow up here today. And then she realized that it wasn't. It was an attack. Curious, she decided to check it out, though she'd have to be careful. She couldn't afford to have her little passenger get hurt.
WILD TOGEPI APPEARED! [/style] Togepi || Male || Serene Grace || Normal || Level 5 Growl || Charm || Metronome The Togepi was now thoroughly regretting his choice of traveling companions. A group of Deino had separated him from his family, and he didn't know where they were now, and he'd been wandering around crying in the hopes of finding them when he had met the Chatot. She had wiped his tears away with a soft wing, and when he'd told her that his family was gone, she'd offered to be his new family. He'd been so desperate to not be alone that he'd accepted her offer, and then listened to her when she told him that he'd have to wait until she was flying and then jump onto her back so that they could go back to her nest. But he hadn't known she was going to go so high. He tightened his grip on her feathers and couldn't contain a fearful sob when they began to go even higher, his eyes squeezing shut in fear. He didn't like heights! They were scary! As if sensing his fear, the Chatot beneath him began to circle downwards in a tight spiral, and he began to relax a little at the descent, his eyes slowly opening again. He felt her feathers fluff up around his feet, but he didn't understand what it meant really before she had changed her direction, heading towards a lingering sense of cold was. Eyes wide, he clutched her tighter, but he didn't say anything, thinking that she had to take this new path to stay away from those scary air pockets that would take them higher. If there was one thing he didn't expect to see, however, it was a human. He couldn't help but to stare at her. He just couldn't help it. He had never seen a human before...

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=align,center][cs=2] Don't wanna break your heart so let me give your heart a break | Ah-hin blinked eyes widening slightly as the Deino was thrown back into a rock wall and then promptly knocked out. Well that’s what she got for losing her temper wasn’t it. Shaking her head slightly she tossed a pokeball at the Deino, which Arrow went to retrieve for her. The teen nodded in approval before glancing down at Sage with a smile, rubbing the Deerling’s head affectionately. “Thanks, girl.” she spoke softly. The grass type whickered softly, bobbing her head a bit before glancing up. That drew Ah-hin’s attention skyward which revealed a Chatot flying a lazy spiral above them. The teen blinked a bit surprised but what had her truly surprised was the fact that the Chatot had a passenger.
A Togepi to be exact.
It was a pokemon her sister had always wanted as had their childhood friend. She cocked her head slightly studying the pair as she waited on Arrow to return. She wasn’t going to lash out at the pair, not with the Togepi clinging to the Chatot. She didn’t want to hurt or scare either of them and she had an idea as to how to coax them down. Well she hoped it would work anyway. Digging around in her pocket she found some treats that she’d brought along for training purposes and after tossing Sage one she glanced up at the Chatot and her passenger. A slight smile tugged at her mouth as she spoke.
“You two hungry? Why don’t you come down and rest a bit.” she commented noticing how the Togepi was openly staring at her. The little pokemon had probably never seen a human before seeing her. Idly she wondered where Arrow was, hoping the Gligar wasn’t causing too much trouble. She really didn’t want to have to do damage control, though she would if absolutely necessary of course. She was a bit surprised she was encountering so many pokemon today. She just hoped her luck would continue. | Tag: Kuro-mody~ Words: 327 Notes: d'awwww Togepi < 33 Pokeparty: Desert - level 15 Synge - level 11 Sage - level 7 Arrow - level 4 Daemon - level 2
