In the darkest of forests is usually where you would find the most dangerous of predators stalking their prey. Today was no different either, a monster of unimaginable blood lust was dealing with the prey. A human tied up between trees, with claw, teeth, and sword marks all along their body. The worst thing, the person was not dead, no, they had felt every one of those wounds get inflicted.
Of course, it had come time for him to stop playing, the boss had decided that he played too long with his prey and gave him a time limit to get the job done. So with a swing of his sword, there was a dull thump on the ground. Radioing his contact, he let them know that the job was done. With a disappointed gaze at the now lifeless corpse, he shrugged, and moved on to find new prey.
It would be boring if he couldn't have any more fun, he'd even settle for a little Pokemon. They could be fun to play with as well, so it would at least give him some entertainment.

WILD MAGIKARP APPEARED! [/style] IT IS SHINY!Magikarp || Female || Swift Swim || Water || Level 6 Splash A low gurgle of annoyance bubbled from a nearby stream as the predator finally cut down his helpless victim, cutting off the most entertaining show the observer had witnessed in a long time. It was a pity; she was so enjoying the display; the way the weaker human cried and begged first for mercy, then for death sent shivers down the fish Pokemon's spine and made her heart race and drew her to the water's surface to watch. The way the human with the long, gleaming fang - a sword, though she could hardly be expected to know the term - lashed out at the other, weaker one again and again filled her with a maddening glee as she watched, straining her little fishy eyes to see through the mist and gloom. The way he attacked the other viciously and without a shred of remorse was absolutely captivating, reminding her of the way that her Gyarados brethren tore apart their prey.
He was cruel, and the Magikarp wished desperately that she could be like him. She knew she was different from the other, weak little fish in the river; her scales shined even in the dim forest's murky waters, and her mind was every bit as cruel as any of her evolution's. She longed to fight - to rend flesh and relish in the feeling of crushing the bones of Pokemon and humans alike in her jaws - but for all her twisted desires, she was still a Magikarp. Until she could evolve from this pathetic state, there was little she could do to fulfill her dreams.
Maybe this human could help her with that.
Now, the Magikarp was aggressive, but she was no fool; she'd sat there and watched this human torture the other the whole time. She knew he could easily turn that fang of his on her, but in her mind, it was better to take the risk and possibly get out of this Arceus-damned river than to have to spend another day lying around surrounded by the other weaklings that called the stream home. And so, her mind made up, she did the only thing that a Magikarp could to get attention.
She splashed, thrashing around at the water around her like it was an enemy trying to swallow her, glaring at the human the entire time in challenge, daring him to notice her.

The sounds of splashing caught his attention, as he turned to see a rather interesting sight. A Golden Magikarp that was splashing at him, giving him such a defiant stare. A grin crossed his expression as he approached the thing. "What are you looking to challenge me? or is this to join me?" he asked, a devilish gleam in his eye. Holding up a pokeball, he held it out to the Magikarp.
"If you want to join, jump in yourself. You amuse me, so I can probably make good use of you. And when you evolve, we can cause carnage together," his face darkened, it would be such a wonderful time. That did give him the idea of gathering a team that would allow him to cause mass destruction. Oh, how fun that would be, and it would just need to be a team with aggressive Pokemon, just like Garchomp.
The possibilities were endless for what that could let him accomplish, and who knew, maybe it would let him expand his desires. He would have to see where it led, but if this Pokemon wanted to join him, it would have to do so itself. "Prove that you are stronger enough to accompany me," he smirked, as if daring the Magikarp, wondering if it would push the right buttons.
